Dålig service ingenting för barnfamiljer
Dålig service, inte barnvänligt, festande ungdomar som tog droger utanför hotellrummet, dåligt wifi, obekväma sängar. Inga möbler på terassen, var tvungen att be två gånger och när vi blev arga dag 2 så kom 2 skitiga plaststolar. Hittade tack och lov en väldigt trevlig italiensk restaurang en bit därifrån.

The property is old and it’s far away from the center there are no buses and you have to pay taxis 50-70 euros to go somewhere and the hotel is way expensive like getting a spot on the beach can cost you 150 euros 😅

First of all, pictures of the rooms very very very fotoshop. From the site they look nice and fresh in reality very old building and very old rooms with old furniture. Nothing in common Not even worth giving 1-star! Honest advice is DO NOT BOOK here! The pictures and advertisements of this hotel are nothing but to get you to book with them The bed and pillows are like you sleep in rock, The pool you can't use until 1 pm.And also if you want to go to beach you have to pay. Overall I will never go back,either don't recommend no one to go

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le wifi n’est pas super bon, mais nous y étions pour se reposer, alors pas de soucis. Les déjeuners inclus étaient parfaits, il y avait beaucoup de choses à manger. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 5*, mais ce n’est pas aussi négatif que tous les commentaires qu’on peut lire. Nous avons passé du temps à la piscine et nous avons loué un VTT pour se promener sur l’île. Les lits ne sont pas les plus confortables au monde, mais ça reste des matelas! Il est très facile d’y dormir!

Nice hotel close to the beach but...
Nice hotel close to the beach but the conditions was very bad, the room and the view as the place was great, but the room service, the breakfast, the staff as the cleanliness of the most hotel was terrible! The room it was a great but every day we had to listen the music of the beach bar and we ‘d to smell lot of things as the foods of the restaurant downstairs. The WiFi was disabled all the time and the rooms hasn’t WiFi at all!!! The breakfast was “typical” and not good at all and the coffee was from a machine... they say that they “include” in the price and beds on the beach but we paid 25€/the one and the food was expensive and bad’. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to any friend. Not value for money! The parking that they say, is the small street that guide to the hotel... the staff was running with their van all the time and it was very unpleasant for us to try everyday to park and unpark! The best was that one day we wake up, we try to eat something from breakfast and when we get to our car we find it with a big scratch!!!

Posizione meravigliosa. La struttura per me è ok facendo un rapporto tra quello che ho pagato e il servizio offerto il giudizio è molto positivo. Colazione buona. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizia buona. Con qualche ammodernamento strutturale questo hotel diventerebbe un gioiello. In ogni caso lo consiglio.

Really nice! Stella the bartender was an angel. On the property there are 2 restaurant/bar, pool, beach 20 steps from your room. Free breakfast, lovely views.

Ottima posizione ma..... solo quella! (specificando che essendo posto su uno strapiombo tira un vento che ti porta via!... ma questo è un piccolo dettaglio seppur fastidioso a mio avviso, sopratutto in piscina) Personale scortese e INESISTENTE , accoglienza pari a zero e menefreghismo totale nel rendersi disponibile per attendere alle esigenze/richieste dei clienti! Camere carine ma per niente funzionali: prese per caricare il telefono lontane dal comodino, doccia con cui allaghi il bagno, no telefono x comunicare con la reception, no frigobar, zero sedie o tavolini in balcone e ...ciliegina....letti duri impestati!! Penso che in un postaccio del genere non ci porterei neanche il mio peggior nemico! Penso anche che il personale “dell’hotel da incubo” dovrebbe prendere in seria considerazione l’idea di cambiare mestiere perché il fatto di trattare in questo pessimo modo clienti che PAGANO (e non poco... e che vanno in ferie una volta l’anno pensando di trovare accoglienza e spensieratezza) rasenta lo schifo! PS. Se mai ci vogliate andare preparatevi alla scalata del Cimone x arrivare alla reception perciò consiglio spassionato: valigie poco pesanti! (per arrivare alla meta dovrete tipo caricarvelo in spalla e fare lo slalom tra macchine parcheggiate alla carlona su tutto l’ingresso...)

Nice location with beautiful views of St Anna bay, but the hotel needs lots of improvements. Most rooms are old and need to be refurbished. Breakfast is bad. Parking is a problem when the hotel is busy. There is no WiFi (apart from the reception area) and mobile broadband coverage is poor in most hotel areas.

Lo bueno: la ubicación es exclusiva y tiene vista al mar y playa muy elegante, la infraestructura del hotel es típica de la isla y muy llamativa Lo malo: el aire acondicionado no funcionaba , estando a temperatura ambiente a 32°C , indique a recepción y supuestamente lo arreglaron pero quedó igual, te retienen el pasaporte o tu ID con qué fin ? Sabrán ellos.. muchos insectos en la habitación, la habitación huele a humedad y a viejo, el desayuno 50/50 habían buenos y otros regulares. las recepcionistas muy poco hospitalarias,

Αγενες προσωπικο. Τα δωματια πολυ παλια με πορτες μισοβαμμενες, σκουριασμενα φωτιστικα στο μπανιο, η μπριζα της τηλεορασης κρεμοταν απο τον τοιχο.... η ντουλαπα μυριζε μουχλα... 2 αθλιες πλαστικες καρεκλες στη βεραντα... βρωμικα... τα σκουπιδια του εστιατοριου και του μπαρ εξω απο τα πισω δωματια!!!!

This property is not what it was all cracked up to be. I really question the Expedia rating of this hotel. The staff at the desk was very unfriendly and lied to us. They did not give us the room that Expedia said we booked. It was not ready upon check in and we waited an extra two hours before we could check in. The bathrooms in the room smelled and we had trouble sleeping. There was no mini fridge in the room like the advertisement said. It was 40 degrees Celsius outside and we couldn't' keep our water cold. They never once asked us is everything ok. I am not sure who gave this hotel a 4-star rating but it should be one star. To say something nice, the view was good and the beach was fantastic, but to sit at one of those umbrellas it will cost you 80 Euros.

Abbiamo pernottato qui solo per un paio di notti. L'hotel è esteriormente molto carino, tuttavia pecca nell'interno delle stanze, il quale risulta un po' datato. Nonostante ciò le camere sono pulite e spaziose. Purtroppo subito sotto all'hotel c'è una spiaggia piuttosto rumorosa e le auto degli avventori rendono durante il giorno l'accesso all'hotel piuttosto difficoltoso, infatti al nostro arrivo il passaggio con le valigie è stato semplice.

We were very excited to stay here only to find that the owners were extremely rude to the guest as well as the permanent staff The toilet broke for 24 hours till someone would come and check it out the bed broke and the mattresses were box springs we also learned that Mykonos is the mafia island and the inlet had ships coming and going There were not three restaurants as suggested free breakfast so so dinner unbelievably expensive one dinner shared by three with one bottle of house wine $258 and a beach bar equally pricey Waiters were nice until the next day when I asked for lunch couldn’t be bothered a guest was there who hurt his leg and they couldn’t be bothered to help

WORST HOTEL EVER
Honestly, do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel like the plague for the reasons numerically outlined below: 1. Horrendous rooms (probably a slight upgrade from a prison cell and the closest comparison I can think of for the beds would be like sleeping on a rock. Further, ensure to shower before 10am, otherwise you will be subject to a freezing cold shower, and on the way to said shower ensure you skilfully avoid the nails sticking out of the walls and floor). 2. The staff are incompetent and rude (the breakfast man yells at everyone and tells you to “GET OUT!!!” if you’ve stayed one minute past 10:30); 3. There is no wifi in the rooms and dial up equivalent connection in the lobby... Sorry but did I fall asleep and wake up in the 19th century (probably not on those beds), but then again, no wifi is probably a wise tactical move on their part in an attempt avoid the immediate scathing reviews on trip advisor); 4. Horrific breakfast. Let’s hope your aim is to get fat from cheap, nasty food (with flies all over it) whilst on holiday because you will fulfil that aim here. There are ZERO options with no meat, pastry, sugar and lactose so god forbid you have any kind of dietary restrictions. To summarise, you could not pay me enough money to ever come here again. I would even go as far as to say that I wouldn’t wish the experience we had on my worst enemy. This hotel was allegedly 4 stars, in my honest opinion that rating is highly inflated.

Δεν υπαρχει παρκινγκ.. πολυ κινηση ολη μερα, ουτε απ'εξω απ το ξενοδοχειο δε βρισκεις να παρκαρεις ψυγειο δεν υπαρχει στα δωματια...θα παθεις αφυδατωση η θα αγοραζεις συνεχεια νερο απ το μπαρ.. wifi δεν υπαρχει...πρεπει να χαλασεις δικα σου δεδομενα αν θες να πλοηγηθεις στο ιντερνετ..

The best thing about the hotel is its location right next to the beach and a dayclub/restaurants. Otherwise the hotel and staff and customer service itself is horrible and I definitely do not recommend this place at all. Our air conditioning was not working and they kept telling us daily they would come fix it but they never did for the entire 3 nights we were there. It was very hot and we tried to sleep with our windows and patio door open and got bit by mosquitoes all night long. Also the room's overall condition and lighting was very poor. It was definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Rimostranze e critiche
Hotel con ingresso molto scomodo x chi arriva con valigia. Lo scivolo di ingresso è completamente occupato dalle macchine delle persone che vanno nella spiaggia che si trova proprio sotto l'hotel. In alternativa allo scivolo bisogna fare una rampa di scale ripida così come per accedere alle camere e con la valigia è un problema. Reception scadente e lenta in quanto mancante di supporto al cliente con le informazioni adeguate. La camera aveva il pavimento non pulito in quanto c'erano polvere e pagliuzze. Se devi comunicare con la reception in camera non c'è un telefono per cui devi andare personalmente al desk e, infine, il condizionatore non erogava l'aria condizionata ma bensì aria e basta, come fosse stato un ventilatore. Dimenticavo, balcone con molte formiche alcune delle quali me le dono ritrovate sul letto. Direi che per la cifra di 104 euro a notte mi aspetto se non di più, la normalità dei servizi decritti sul web. Un'altra cosa che posso dire è che trovo inamissibile che nelle camere non ci sia un frigorifero dove poter tenere dell'acqua fresca, è vero che siamo a Mykonos perla delle cicladi, ma anche lì fa caldo. E per concludere niente WIFI (le signorine della reception ti mettono loro personalmente (!!??!!) sul tuo cell la password ma è inutile perché non funziona!!!!!!
