A memory for life
Perfect location with a breath taking view of the caldera! Service was exceptional with all breakfasts served on your private patio whenever you wanted and overlooking the caldera. The staff of Maria, Costas, George and Ilias gave a truly amazing service level and were so friendly. Our suite was so cosy, clean and with high finish. Two door access to patio and plunge pool where you could sit mesmerized for hours looking at the view with crusie ships 300 meters below. The restaurant had top level service with really high quality food! A true boutique hotel with a perfect location between the superbusy Oia and Fira villages that are packed with tourists. A memory for life!!

Relaxation with a beautiful panorama
Everything was wonderful. We had a room with hоt tube. The breakfast at this hotel is served on the terrace of the room so you can feel intimate and isolated from the whole world, being in solitude and looking at the beautiful panoramic view from the big terrace of the room. We really had a rest and will definitely come back here.

너무 좋았습니다. 직원 모두 친절하고 깔끔한 응대였습니다. 테라스에서 조식을 먹는데 음식도 맛있고 뷰도 최고 입니다. 일출부터 일몰까지 모두 경험할 수 있는 테라스 추천합니다. 이메로글로비에서 이 호텔의 위치나 뷰가 가장 좋은 것 같아요. 이아마을의 다른 호텔도 옵션으로 고려했었는데 여기를 선택한게 최고였습니다. 풀장은 조금 작지만 비성수기라 그런지 사람이 많지않아 거의 전세 낸 듯 사용했네요 추천합니다.

Perfect stay
Excellent stay. Would book again. Imerivigli is quieter than two big towns most stay in. Highest point on island (for lodging) and views are great. Service was excellent. Special call out to Georgia who was amazing. Place is spotless. We were upgraded without asking due to hotels.com status (the first time I think this ever happened). Breakfast included was very good. Would book room with outdoor jacuzzi if possible.

Beautiful views in Santorini
Amazing views and top rated service, I could not asked for any better hotel to stay in Santorini. I adored the views from our deck, sit there every chance I could, watched sunrise and sunset almost daily during our 6 nights. The room is a bit small but it is Santorini’s most popular location. I husband said he felt like we lived in a cave and that’s the idea to experience Santorini.

The iconic Iconic Hotel
I'm not sure what I can add that hasn't already been said. There's a reason this hotel has an almost flawless customer satisfaction score on this website. The property itself is very unique, with gorgeous rooms built right into the side of the volcano. And the views! Just stunning to gaze out onto the caldera, towns, and ocean below. What really sets this place apart, however, was the incredible customer service. Every single member of the team worked very hard to make sure we had a memorable stay, and we couldn't be more appreciative of their efforts! If we're ever back in Santorini, we'd stay here again without a doubt!

This hotel was magnificent. The views were incredible, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served every morning on our private patio with stunning views. The room was comfortable and clean. The food was spectacular. Highly recommend this hotel.

Where do I start. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. Especially Georgia who's recommendations were fantastic from places to go, trips to go on, to restaurants to eat at. What an amazing place Iconic is. I would highly recommend staying here

Gorgeous view, pool too hot
Stunning view, delicious cocktails, and very comfortable bed. My only complaint is that the pool was too warm. It was 80+ degrees out, the sun was strong, and I was sweating under my umbrella, so the fact that the pool was heated was baffling. I asked if they always heated the pool and was told yes. The couple next to us also found the pool temperature very uncomfortable. The pool area was the main reason I booked this hotel, so the fact that the pool was basically unusable was certainly disappointing.

The staff was the best, from the moment we arrived we were greeted to a Prosecco and water melon cocktail, daily custom breakfasts were delivered to our room on time and hot, lastly our room was beautiful from the view to our comfortable patio and bed. My only suggestion is to provide a top sheet as the comforter was too warm and we had to keep the ( quiet) AC high. The welcome bottle of white wine and sweet treats every night were a nice touch. Service was impeccable.

Staff was amazing and so personable. They were very helpful to prebook dinners & activities. View is amazing! Location perfect. Loved the pickup & drop off to airport. Only con is AC was a little week but staff gave us the fan/ice box from office to help.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. From the eye poping and extremely picturesque decor to every person we encountered, we felt like we were living the life of the rich and famous. The staff was extremely attentitive and responsive to our every ask. We were welcomed by Anastasia who was delightlful and extremely welcoming. While there, Afrodite went above and beyond to answer every question and make every effort to make our stay perfect. We stayed for three nights and had time to see many other options in our daily walks. You cant find a better balance between location, view and value. I strongly recommend you consider the Iconic Hotel as I would expect you to have the same take away we did - this was one of the best you could find!

As good as it gets.
This hotel is absolutely wonderful - the service, the rooms, the pool, and the view. They are all amazing. Wonderful quiet location in Immerovigli, just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle, yet still convenient for visiting the island. Sometimes the top hotels don't live up to the hype, that definitely isn't the case here. It's hard to imagine how you can do better, at any price, A special thank you to Afroditi and all at the main desk for such a warm welcome and helpful communication!
