We read reviews in a few places and this property will not disappoint. Let’s start with the negatives….some have said because there are the odd cables hanging down and the odd cables sticking up through the floor this is enough to not make it known as a luxury villa. Yeah sure IF comparing to a 5 star hotel maybe…but this IS a luxury villa, the décor, furnishings, finishes and location make it all of that and more. Given what other properties look like this is unbelievably nice. The hosts were always at hand if needed, helpful and above all else discrete. We stayed for one week in late June and it was blissful. The Villa has just about all you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We actually stayed in most days/nights as we simply needed to unwind – which we did. The only gripe for the holiday was our Hire Car and this was nothing to do with the Villa however word to the wise avoid, at all cost, AbbyCar and Holiday Autos. Back to the villa. The location is better than the pictures, the quietness is wonderful and peaceful and it is just far enough away to be tranquil but not too far that you feel isolated. Thank you…

Perfect location near to the airport , and out of the city with a lovely view, and amazing sunsets!
The house has beautiful views of olive trees and sea, you can hear the birds chirping. Lovely outdoor space with plenty of shade and a big swimming pool. Modern kitchen and living room. It could have nicer dinnerware, bedding ,and a better shower, to make the stay more enjoyable....

Disappointing stay for a so called luxury villa
On a positive note: fairly spacious house, nice panoramic view. However, the ad has just been modified after our stay, and the 2 bathrooms that were specified when we booked, are now just one single bathroom, which is the reality. We were very disappointed with the lack of honesty of the owner, who did not want to hear the problem when we arrived. This house, recently renovated, suffers from a multitude of unfinished details, and malfunctions: electric wires coming out of the walls or the floor, repeated power outages, hot water not present during 2 days in the kitchen, both water and electricity outage the last morning before leaving, and no excuse from the owner lately arrived on site. Globally, unfavorable feedback on this house with the poor reception unrelated to a so-called "luxury" villa service, and so many problems that ruin the stay.

To be fairly honest Aline, the language was a great barrier in our communication during your whole stay. We tried our best to assist you and you know that very well but of course we respect all the reviews that we receive. Even the fact of the second bathroom you mentioned, you saw that there is a toilet that is considered as bathroom. Maybe the language problem couldn't make both of us understand what exactly you meant by bathroom. The villa is fitted with a full bathroom with shower, a toilet and an external shower as well that we don't even mention. Concerning the power cuts you mentioned, this is something that we cannot actually do anything about it since it was from the electricity company and not a fault of the villa. If this is an issue that you believe it is a problem of the villa then that's fair enough. At the end of the day since you were so disappointed of your stay the easiest solution would have been to change the property with full refund from our side. This is something that you didn't do but stayed all the days. We are deeply sorry that our villa didn't meet your expectations but at the same time a more fair review from your side would have been more appreciated since many issues that you mentioned were not actually involving the villa itself.
