Dear Mr. Mikko, Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. I'm sorry to hear the cleanliness weren't up to the standard you've come to expect from us. Had we known about that, we'd have grandly taken care of this right away. Nevertheless, I would like to inform you that your contribution has been sent directly after its publication to our management. Please note that, the housekeeping were cleaning your jacuzzi twice per day but since you had an outdoor jacuzzi, it is normal to find some dirtiness during the day from the wind. Hence, we are making more than two times jacuzzi cleaning available during the stay ''by request'' only due to covid19 regulations. Also, I'm sorry to hear the planes fly almost directly overhead. I wish you would have addressed this with us as we do offer free earplugs at the front desk which could have helped. Regarding the Covid19 guidelines, there are always gloves, masks and signs on the table next to the door of the restaurant. Hope your stay in was otherwise enjoyable and hope to see you back some day.
