Utsikten var fint men det är inte alls ett 5 stjärnig hotel. Det är väldigt gammalt och sliten. Väldigt snäll med allt som skulle finnas i rummet.

Supernöjda
Ett stort bra hotell med bra service. Underbar utsikt över havet och in mot Chania. Vi åt bara frukost på hotellet och tyckte den var riktigt bra. Stor och fin lobby. Rummet helt okej, ljust och fin balkong mot havet om man bokar med det. Enkelt att ta bussen in till Chania då den går precis nedanför hotellet. Poolområdet jättebra och stort. Vi var jätte nöjda med allt.

Bra för sitt pris men lite slitet hotell.
Utsikten är fantastisk. Poolområdet är fint och bra i storlek. Maten är bra för att vara buffé, varierad varje dag. Hotellbyggnaden är gammal och klimatanläggningen är inte rengjord på många år. Men trevlig personal och helhetsintrycket är ändå bra för det pris man betalar. Prisvärt.

Något jag Absolut skulle rekommendera. All-inclusive vart verkligen värt . Frukost, lunch och middag var otroligt bra. Det var varierad mat varje dag och samma sak för desserten. Trevlig personal som är hjälpsamma.

Två nätter på Panorama
Ett all inclusive-hotell med hög standard. Perfekt för den som söker en lugn semester på resorten, men något långt ifrån stan och begränsat utbud i närområdet. Rekommenderas till den bekväme, men inte till den utforskande. Bra mat, fräscha rum, fin utsikt o.s.v. Kallt vatten i poolen dock.

Ett helt okej 3 * hotell +Härlig havsutsikt, bra mat, bra poolområde, hjälpsam receptionspersonal. -Omodernt hotell som behöver renoveras, obekväma hårda sängar, lortig heltäckningsmatta på golvet, smutsiga glas/bestick i restaurangen, oengagerad serveringspersonal, dålig underhållning.

Bra service, men halvdan mat och omodernt.
Lobbyn, restaurangen och poolområdet är jättefint. Frukosten var schysst men lunch och middagsbuffen kunde man önska mer av. Middagsbuffe i Grekland och en kväll fanns det inte ens Tzatziki liksom... Skippa drinkarna är också ett tips då de inte var någon hit. Så fort du kom upp till rummen eller ner till spa delen blev hotellet genast mer omodernt. Riktigt gamla hissar. Och tycker inte heltäckningsmatta i rumskorridorerna känns direkt 2018, och möbleringen var inte speciellt stilren. Men servicen och bemötandet var mycket gott och jag skulle tänka mig att kunna bo där igen, då vi inte spenderade alltför mycket tid på rummet.

Hela vistelsen ok.
Rummet ok. Stor härlig säng. Inte helt nöjd med utbud på maten. Tråkiga plastglas i poolbaren.
Ev badplats.

Thank you for your feedback. We definitely take all our guests comments and points under consideration and are in a costant process of improvement. For the plastic glasses at the pool bar, it's highly unlikely that it'll change, since all hotels do not use regular glasses for safety reasons.

Nedgånget 3-stjärnigt hotell, ej värt 5 stjärnor
Detta hotell var gammalt och nedgånget och trots att vi hade ett superior rum kändes det mer som att bo på ett motell. Rummen hade heltäckningsmatta och sängarna saknade bäddmadrass. Möblerna var nog från 80 talet. Vistelsen räddades dock av utsikten, maten och servicen i restaurang och poolbar. Underhållning dagtid var utmärkt men på kvällarna var det uselt arrangerat. Åker ni hit - missa inte att er in till Chanias gamla stad. Helt underbar!

Trevligt hotell m fantastisk mat. Öppettiderna för all inclusive var annorlunda. Poolbaren plockade bort all mat kl 16.00 o middagen öppnade 19.00. Med andra ord just den tiden barnen behövde ngt att äta. Slitet hotell som skulle behöva en genomgående renovering.

Fantastiskt i Chania
Trevligt poolområde där du kan boka lite VIP till en låg kostnad och därmed få tillgång till alla pooler. Bra resturang men VIP-frukosten är alldeles för generös!

The service is outstanding. All the staff amke an effort to ensure your stay is of the higest standard. The food is exceptional - uncredible quality and variety. The hotel is strating to look tired. Panorama Blue rooms bathrooms are not of the standatd you'd epect - old baths with old fixtures. Old sunsbdes with different mattresses is another example of lack of investment.

It has the potential but NOT a 5 Star Hotel
Good hotel. Simple hotel. Not a 5 star hotel. Staff was good especially Georgia at the reception. Apart from that, nothing reminds you of a 5 star hotel. A 3 star maybe. We had a nice time because we were in that mood, not because of the hotel. Family room was big but very old. Same everywhere else.

Loved our stay! Staff, rooms and food all amazing. We never return to hotels, but this is one we all agreed we would go back to we loved it that much! Our family of 5 (3A, 2C) booked 2 pool rooms. My husband and I were upgraded to the Executive Wing of the hotel upon check in. Lovely and quiet, but we felt we could not make the most of this as we had to go down to our children's room pool or the main pool to spend time with them. If you are a couple or a family with adult children it would definitely be worth paying the extra for the 'Blue rooms' and as a couple would go back. Rooms and common areas absolutely spotless, cleaning staff so lovely and hard working, as were most of the staff that take pride in the hotel. The food quality was fantastic, credit to the kitchen staff; kiddy corner, show cooking, a daily roast, loads of different salads and of course chocolate fountain at dinner. Thankfully the chips 'were amazing' for our fussy 12 year old. Alcohol, soft drinks and cocktails included were great, no complaints. It would great if melon is also put out at breakfast, and dish allergy cards are completed people with food intolerances or allergies could be unwell. Had to ask staff frequently what a dish contained to be safe. We found that the towel rule, although advertised, was not enforced by staff and we found it impossible to find sunbeds at the main pool in the morning, however by afternoon there are plenty. Book it, you will not be disappointed! We will be back :)

Die Anlage des Hotels war wunderschön. Die Aussicht auf das Meer wirklich atemberaubend!! Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit genügend Platz. Das Essen war lecker und für jeden ist was dabei. Für Unterhaltung sorgt das Hotel am Abend. Alle 20 min geht ein Bus nach Chania (15min Fahrt) auf dem Weg gibt es jeweils Ausstiegmöglichkeiten für den Strand. Das Ticket kostet 1,50€ ;) Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Siisti hotelli, jossa upeat maisemat etenkin auringonlaskun aikaan. Ruoka oli monipuolista ja all inclusivessa sai kerran viikon aikana ruokailla a la cartessa. Ääretön uima-allas oli upea. Huone oli siisti ja se siivottiin hyvin joka päivä. Ilmastointi toimi erinomaisesti. Huoneessa myös ilmainen tallelokero ainakin all inclusive vieraille. Ohjattua ohjelmaa oli melko niukasti päivällä. Vesijumppa kesti n. 15 min, olisi jaksanut pidempäänkin. Iltaohjelmiin olisi voitu myös panostaa enemmän. Yhtenäkin iltana vain soitettiin kaiuttimesta musiikkia, ei muuta. Hyvä tietää myös, että huoneessa on tullessa pari vesipulloa. Vettä ei kuitenkaan tuotu loman aikan lisää, joten kaupassa täytyy käydä jos huoneeseen haluaa sitten lisää vettä.

Une belle étape pour l'ouest de la Crète
L'hôtel en lui même est bien mais ce n'est pas un 5* plutôt un 3*. La vue panoramique sur la mer est magnifique. L'environnement est agréable. Le gros bémol est que cet hôtel reçoit essentiellement des scandinaves (Suédois, Danois, Allemands, ...) et pas ou très peu de Français, et la nourriture (en 1/2 pension) pour nous, Français, est très moyenne. Il n'y a que très peu de spécialités grecques et crétoises en dehors de la salade grecque à composer soi même. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien. Heureusement que nous étions en 1/2 pension car manger midi et soir le même type de menu deviendrait très lassant. Mention spéciale à Betty (du restaurant) pour son accueil ! Malgré tout séjour agréable ! Je pense que 3-4 jours sur place est un maximum.

"Viiden tähden" hotelliksi huoneet ja puitteet osin hieman elähtäneet, mutta palvelu hyvää ja ystävällistä. All inclusiven ruokatarjonta ihan hyvää ja maukasta, tosin välipalojen puutteesta hieman miinusta, koska ruokailujen välissä aina pakostakin useamman tunnin tauko. Sijainti on hyvä, Haniaan menevän bussin päätepysäkki hotellin vieressä, ja hyvälle & isolle Kato Staloksen hiekkarannalle noin 10 minuutin kävelymatka. Hotellin oma ranta hieman kivinen, mutta hyvin siitäkin uimaan pääsee. Ehkä sellainen 3-4 tähden kokemus, joka osui odotuksiin riittävän hyvin.

Good things: -View to the ocean from the room balcony -Pool area is amazing, good views to the ocean, enough sunbeds. Staff shared Water bottles in the morning. -Rooms are clean and basic good, would need a little touch up thought. -Some of the staff were really nice, polite and fun. Always saying good morning etc. -We got blankets when we asked -Birthday cake on behalf of the hotel without asking. -Breakfast outside, so u could watch the sunrise. -Buss stop right next to the hotel to go to Hania or Platanias. -Little beach side right nexto with few sunbeds. Beach thought was quite rocky. Bad things: -Our Room was ”family room” so we had door which went straight to the next room. Door looked liked someone had stabbed it from the other room. Next room stayers heard our talking and we heard them very clear. The door didn’t have good locks in them. -Pool was really cold. Maybe not heated cause the low season? We were at the end of september. -There wasnt signs at the lobby if the breakfast wasnt outside. -Some of the staff wasnt so relaxed.

We choose this hotel 5 star to get the best in Crete as from the website looks fabulous but once you are there you will realise that for what you pay is to expensive that what you receive !!!! Very poor service at the pool bar , and the main bar, very poor an cheap spirits , wine and drink are “free” for who got the all inclusive , also the cocktail were disgusting!!!! Bartender with no knowledge! Couple of times in the pool bar I ask for a cocktail and the guy didn’t even washed the shaker and he use the melted ice from the previous cocktail to make mine, tasting not right and I had to ask for something else, another time we ask for the coffee from the proper machine (cause the good coffee you had to PAY otherwise you got the disgusting coffee from a machine that trust me not even in the worse bar ever they will serve that !!! ) and the guy took in front of me a dirty cup and he washed under the water without any soap , that’s really unacceptable!!!!!! Health and safety dosent exists!!!! Regarding the food the restaurant that you can go 1 a week is really good but no option for the wine you only can choose the house , during the day you have big buffet which is ok no so amazing … meat is good vegetables and fruits are good but, fish plates are not that good , very dry and not tasty at all !!!! About the entertainment for the morning you have acqua gym, and we like it , but then in the evening you got some live music that only if you are age 75 you can like .

Siisti, hyvä hotelli, ihana allasalue. Meri ja bussipysäkki vieressä. Ainoa miinus hotellissa oli sateen sattuessa ruokailun siirtyminen kellarikerroksessa sijaitsevaan kokoustilaan. Tulo- ja lähtöpäivänä joustava palvelu, vaikka huonetta ei ollutkaan käytössä.
