Dear Mr Cameron Thank you very much for taking the time to write your review about our hotel and me personally I confess that I never met you except your partner (a lady who was constantly shouting and talking without giving anyone else a chance to speak) at the hotel reception and since I did not have the opportunity to speak I started laughing please note that the hotel was full and in the room you were hosted, a family with 2 children was accommodated for16days without ever complaining about anything I will mention the report recorded by the night receptionist at your arrival night: 2 English couples arrived after 12 midnight they shouted and laughed I tried to calm them down but they did not understand due to drunkenness. at 1:00 the owner of the hotel next door, located right next to the room where these guests were staying, called and threatened to call the police. and indeed he called the police and they in turn the owner of our hotel and threatened with arrests at 2:00 in the morning your partner came back crying at the reception because the adapter of her charger does not work . Dear lady I'm sorry becausewe did not meet your expectations, REGARDING mosquitoes and cockroaches, I would like to inform you that the hotel is cooperating with certifieded company which sprays and installs the appropriate traps for insects and rodentsthe. hotel is surrounded by trees and plants, and due to high temperatures there are some mosquitoes, of course not as you describe it.in the hotel supermarket there are mosquito repellents which solve the problem best regards Roula Niraki Manager
