Spectacular
This really was a most magical stay. The location and setting of the property are breathtakingly beautiful. The apartment has everything you need and was spotlessly clean. The view from the apartment stretches directly across the infinity pool seamlessly blending with the sea below. That is quite something to wake up to! The outside terrace is huge and totally private. The pool is a perfect size and at this time of year we opted to have it heated - which was well worth it. Check in and out were easy as the owner, Stavia provides a very comprehensive info document and responded to any queries (eg directions to places) quickly. The weather was utterly glorious apart from one day of blustery winds. We cannot recommend the property highly enough - and we can’t wait to be back.

Absolute amazing, stunning, beautiful
Wat een prachtig, luxe verblijf. Het uitzicht is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. Elk moment van de dag weer anders. We raakten er niet op uitgekeken. Het terras biedt ook een fijne lig of zitplek op elk moment van de dag. Er is altijd ruimte in de zon of in de schaduw. Ook binnen bevat het verblijf alle luxe die je nodig hebt. Een lekker bed, een fijne douche en een prima keuken. Ook de ligging is prettig. Wel een paar steile hellingen voordat je er bent (maar dan heb je ook dat fantastische uitzicht). Naar de stad is het ongeveer 15 autominuten rijden. Echter in het nabijgelegen dorp, zijn er verschillende (kleinere) supermarkten die alle basis boodschappen hebben. Ook diverse leuke restaurantjes. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Amazing
What an amazing place - we didn’t want to leave. Just spend a day at the pool, enjoy the amazing view and peacefulness and get dinner in the nearby town. What else do you want… It is really just like on the pictures and actually still much better.

All the reviews are true. We came here looking for a relaxing stay with fabulous views and outside space. Nothing about this property is less than perfect. What a beautiful location and a beautiful break. Thank you for sharing this amazing place.

Early May Experience
The location, the view, the tranquility and the outdoor terrace comfort are nothing less than fantastic and amazing. The internal accommodation is small even for a couple! If it’s warm and sunny then it’s absolutely ok. But the weather in our first week starting 30 April was cold and windy especially in the evenings so we couldn’t sit or eat or swim outside and the studio apartment is not geared up for this!! However when the weather improved after 6 days we experienced the magnificence of the place. The owner responded immediately to our early issues and we must praise the cleaner and all round helper Michelle. Her attention to detail and cleaning care was absolutely fabulous! Bed linen and towels etc were changed twice each week. The local village has some excellent restaurants and a nice beach but once the weather changed we had no desire to leave the terrace and the heated pool. So, all things considered, we give it 5 stars and may we’ll return but not in late Spring next time!

Schlechte Sauberkeit zu beginn, sonst alles Toll
Als wir an der Villa ankamen traf uns leider der Schock. Die gesamte Wohnung war schmutzig, es lag totes Ungeziefer im Wohnzimmer und die Toilette war eindeutig stark verschmutzt. Zusätzlich war der Pool bei einer Außentemperatur von ca 29 Grad, mit 36 Grad viel zu warm. Daraufhin nahmen wir natürlich sofort Kontakt mit der Vermieterin auf welche auch sofort jemanden schickte welche 3 Stunden das Objekt säuberte und die Heizpumpe im Pool ausschaltete. Danach war alles sehr gut. Der Pool kühlte nach ca 3 Tagen ab. Wir haben auch eine Rückerstattung erhalten für einen der gebuchten 5 Tage vor Ort. Insgesamt eine Wunderschöne ruhige Lage mit genialem Ausblick. Gerade draußen ist die Ausstattung und der Pool traumhaft. Innen ist es einfach gehalten aber ausreichend. Wäre am Anfang die Wohnung Sauber gewesen würde ich 5 Sterne geben natürlich. Leider war dies nicht der Fall daher der Abzug.

Villa was Just Perfect
We booked this villa for 10 days based on the reviews provided by other guests who had stayed in the villa. We were not disappointed. What a wonderful property it is. The inside of the property is very clean and comfortable. The outside with its lovely infinity pool is relaxing. The views from the property are stunning. Every day we started our day waking up to sunshine and glorious scenery. After a swim in the lovely pool we had breakfast on the terrace. then off to explore the island. We could have stayed forever if we could. Michelle our contact was most welcoming and provided advise on places to eat and things to see. The owner Stavia was extremely kind and thoughtful. We asked if the property had a smart TV. We planned to watch films at night after exploring the island. We were advised it didn't. Stavia kindly purchased one and it was in the villa when we arrived. What a lovely gesture. Made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a very relaxing enjoyable holiday and we would recommend this property to everybody. Absolutely stunning property 10 out of 10 for everything. We loved it.

Amazing
We spent 10 days at this property and enjoyed a relaxing holiday. The apartment and location were amazing with a terrific view and both Stavia & Michelle were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend it.

To book this propriety it has been very easy I speek in Italian with the operator who help me. Stevia has been fantastic she give me a lot of information about the house the place the restorant and the way to reach the villa. The place is just magical and idyllic!!!!
The approach undertaken by Stavia is so professional and really caring. Her response is so prompt and positive to all of our queries. PERFECT CRETE GET AWAY!
The property is immaculate with beautiful views and perfect privacy. Close to the quaint beach town of Istron and some of the best food, drink and hospitality We have ever encountered. The vistas from the private infinity pool are to die for. Property manager Michelle was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. We will be back. It is a magical place

Un lieu privilégié et un séjour parfait
Appartement très agréable avec sa piscine à débordement vue sur la mer. Résidence sécurisée où le personnel est prêt à rendre service. 5 jours passés là-bas avec un soleil radieux toute la semaine et très peu de touristes pour cette époque. Des recommandations de restaurants de la part de Stavia très appréciables notamment le Gioma à Agios. Encore merci pour ce moment.

Fantastic!!
My husband and I have just returned from an 11 night stay at this wonderful villa apartment. It is the most relaxing holiday we've ever had! The apartment has everything you need and is beautifully furnished and the view from the terrace is breathtaking, we never tired of it. Stavia is a pleasure to deal with, as is Michelle who is very friendly and helpful. In fact all the people we met who run the estate were great. We would highly recommend this property if you need to properly relax and escape a hectic lifestyle.It is very private and tranquil. That said, there is plenty to do nearby too should you want to venture out and you can get groceries, etc in the village which is a short drive down the hill. We would definitely stay again, now if we could!

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit an einem grandiosen Ort verbracht! Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Die umliegenden Strände sind sehr schön, wobei wer braucht die schon bei diesem genialen Pool. Alles ist so wie beschrieben. Vielen Dank Stavia, Michelle und Georg. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The best holiday we've ever had
Everything about the location is perfect, it's beyond your wildest dreams, communication with Stavia was excellent, answers to questions where promptly replied and once we where staying, Michelle took care of any queries that we had, ie places to go and see, eat etc, she's a delightful lady, I will hopefully get the opportunity to stay at this wonderful place again, as I'd go back in a heartbeat, regards Andy ,

Super Location
Super Studio mit allem was man braucht. Housekeeperin sehr nett. Pool Spitzenklasse. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch, man muss es nur sagen.
