Dear Guests, thank you very much for your comment. We really appreciate the comments of our guests, as we are trying to be better every year. According to your comment , i like to clarify few things. First of all i like to apologize about the behaviour of the staff. As we are a family hotel we never have complaints about that, but if you received sth like that, then we have to apologize. You know that these months are really hard working for the staff of the hotel. About the breakfast, i like to inform you that everything at the buffet is fresh and new. We never use products that are not fresh, and we are very strict with that. Furthermore, i like to inform you, that the housekeeping department works everyday, and all the rooms in the hotel receive daily service. But in case that somebody has card "do not disturb" then there is no servise, only the next day.We change the towels in the room every three days and the towels of the beach every 2 days. Our pool area, is free of charge for the guests of Marinos Beach Hotel. but yes there are guests from other hotels. I do not think that this is a problem for those who stay with us. as we try not to have noise etc. Our restaurant closes at 19.00, as we do not offer dinner but all the guests are informed about that. i really apologize once more about your experience. I hope to have the chance to accommodate you in the future and receive our real quality service!
