sehr zufrieden!
Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, nicht mittendrin, aber fußläufig zum Ort Plakias. In 5 Min. ist man am herrlichen Strand. Sehr sauber, schöner Blick, Küche in Ordnung ausgestattet, insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

Excellent stay for a beach holiday
The property is as per the pictures and comes well equipped. The property is spacious and accommodated our family well which included an older person and a child. The facilities were good including have access to a BBQ and washing machine. The accessibility to the beach is excellent and very close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc. As we were looking for a beach holiday we found the location and the property suited our needs. We would happily return as we enjoyed our time spent there. Just a couple of small improvements - wifi booster needed in the lower bedroom as could not always connect to the internet from that space. Everywhere else the internet connection was fine. The 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor it would have been handy if the large cupboard had a clothes rail so clothes could be hung up and there is also space for a small chest of drawers to fit in there. These are just a couple of very minor things, but they did not detract from us enjoying the property as a base for our holidays.

Sonne und Meer
Das Objekt ist gepflegt und alle Angaben in der Anzeige habe gestimmt, die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, sowohl mit der Agentur, der Vermieterin und der Reinigungskraft. Der einzige Nachteil war in unserem Fall das recht stürmische Wetter, so dass es nur zweimal möglich war, draußen zu frühstücken und wir auch den wirklich nahen Strand während der sehr windigen Zeit nicht nutzen konnten. Wir sind dann an Nachbarstrände ausgewichen. Ich weiß aber nicht, wie typisch die Wetterlage (andauernde starke Nordwinde) war - und vor allem können ja die Unterkunft und die Betreiber daran nichts ändern... Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Plakias unverändert angenehm
Wir haben uns gefreut, nach der Corone-Pause wieder in Plakias zu sein. Leider haben wir mit Eleanna nur telefonischen Kontakt gehabt. Der auf der Homepage beschriebene Wechsel der Handtücher, Bettwäsche und die Reinigung der Wohnung 2x pro Woche, hat nicht statt gefunden. Nach mehr als einer Woche und Anruf bei Eleanna wurden diese Arbeiten durchgeführt. Das heisst, es wurde bei unserem Aufenthalt von 14 Tagen, 1x die Wäsche gewechselt und 1x sauber gemacht. Darüber haben wir uns geärgert. Wir hoffen, dass dies bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder , wie gewohnt, gut verläuft.

Empfehlenswert!
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Plakias und waren begeistert. Vor allem unsere Unterkunft war toll. Alles war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte besser sein, ist aber ausreichend. Das Haus ist erstaunlich wenig verwohnt und macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die direkte Lage zum Strand ist toll und die Aussicht ist auch noch nicht verbaut. Vor allem der Kontakt zu Eleanna und Valia war hervorragend und ging schnell und direkt. Die beiden waren sehr bemüht uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir durften am Abreisetag den ganzen Tag im Haus verbleiben, weil wir erst nachts geflogen sind. Das ist sehr großzügig gewesen und das haben wir noch bei keinem Vermieter je erlebt. Wir würden einzig als Verbesserung vorschlagen, im Exposé das nicht vorhandene Boot und die nicht vorhandenen Fahrräder zu entfernen. Das hätten wir gern genutzt, war aber nur extern gegen Aufpreis möglich. Und es war schade, dass im Souterrain der WLAN Empfang nicht funktioniert. Trotzdem alles in allem: Wir würden gern wiederkommen und wir empfehlen das Apartment mit gutem Gewissen weiter, den das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!

Une vue magnifique et un excellent emplacement !
Appartement à 2 minutes de la meilleure partie de la plage de Plakias (large et sablonneuse) et d'une bonne taverne. Centre-bourg à une dizaine de minutes à pied, donc 5/5 pour l'emplacement ! L'appartement était parfait pour un couple avec bébé, avec la climatisation dans toutes les pièces et beaucoup de rangements. Terrasse extérieure venteuse quand nous y étions, donc on ne pouvait pas y manger tous les soirs, mais la vue sur la baie de Plakias contrebalançait bien ce petit désagrément ! Nous nous sommes sentis bien dans cet appartement, et le seul bémol était le manque de produits de première nécessité : ne pas avoir ni sel, ni café, ni sucre manquait clairement à l'accueil. Certes le COVID est passé par là, mais avoir quelques capsules et quelques sachets de sucre aurait été "covid-proof" et aurait grandement amélioré notre premier petit-déjeuner. Hormis cela, tout était parfait !

Gute freundliche Komunikation
Das Apartment ist ein End-Reihenhaus und befindet sich in einer Anlage mit 19 Reihenhäuser die zum Teil dauerhaft bewohnt sind. Im ersten Stock sind zwei Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer und ein kleiner Balkon. Parterre ist ein Wohnraum mit Küche, eine kleine Toilette und eine kleine Terrasse. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich eine weitere Wohnung mit Schlafzimmer und Wohnküche die aber nur über einen Eingang von der Terrasse zu erreichen ist. Mann muss also durch die Hauptwohnung durchgehen um in die andere Wohnung zu gelangen. Die Ausstattung war gut und wenig benutzt. Die Betten waren bequem und es waren große Einbauschränke mit viel Platz vorhanden. Kleine Probleme mit der Klimaanlage wurden kurzfristig repariert. Der Empfang und die gesamte Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Weniger erfreulich waren zwei Baustellen in der näheren Umgebung die auf den nicht aktuellen Fotos nicht zu sehen waren. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die in ungefähr 200m entfernte Baustelle trübte ein wenig die schöne Aussicht. Die Baustelle direkt hinter dem Haus wird auf der Terrasse nicht wirklich störend wahrgenommen. Eine Lärmbelästigung gab es nur an zwei Tagen. Sonst ist das Apartment etwas abseits am Ende der Bucht ruhig gelegen. Plakias kann man zu Fuß ohne Probleme erreichen und zum Strand sind es nur ca. 5Min.

Tolles Haus
Eine Unterkunft, bei der alles da ist, was man für den Urlaub braucht: strandnah gelegen mit toller Aussicht auf die Bucht von den Nalkonen aus. Auch die überall in Plakias stattfindenden Bautätigkeiten führten nur zu sehr geringer Lärmbelästigung. Aber man ist ja eh am Strand....

Sehr schön gelegen mit (noch) unverbautem Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer. Die Vermieterin freundlich, engagiert, begrüßte mit Gebäck und Wein und gab Urlaubstipps. Zweimal wöchentlich kam ein Putzteam und reinigte das Appartment. Eine Reparatur wurde unverzüglich ausgeführt. Sehr zu empfehlen! – Einziger kleiner Wehmutstropfen: In Plakias wurden in einiger Entfernung weitere Appartments errichtet. Es ist zu hoffen, dass der Ort auf lange Sicht nicht zugebaut wird. Plakias würde seinen Charme verlieren.

Schönes, geräumiges Haus am Ende der Bucht mit tollem Blick auf Meer, Berge und den am anderen Ende der Bucht liegenden Ort Plakias. Gute Taverne, Strandbar und Strand in 2min Fußweg. Bei unserem Aufenthalt im Oktober oft sehr windig auf Balkon und Terrasse.

Tolle Wohnung
Wir haben uns in dem schönen Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Nähe zum feinsandigem breitem Strand mit schöner Strandbar ist kaum zu überbieten. Sehr ruhige Lage am Ende des Ortes mit tollem Blick über die wunderschöne Plakias Bay. Die Stadt ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!!

Entspannter Urlaub in noch relativ ursprünglicher Urlaubsregion
Am Ende der Bucht, unweit des Strandes geräumiges Appartement mit wunderbarem Blick über die Plakias-Region. Ideal für einen sportlichen Aufenthalt. Ruhig, gepflegt - mit südländischem Standard. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf den Strand, der 10 Fußminuten entfernt ist.
Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr sauber und die Putzfrau kommt 2x wöchentlich auch zum Wäschewechsel. Leider immer noch zu wenig Gläser, nur 1 Kochtopf und völlig zerkratzte Pfannen.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit viel Komfort
Die kleine Villa liegt nah am Meer (5 Min.) und ist sehr komfortabel. Über drei Etagen verfügt sie über drei Schlafzimmer mit 6-8 Betten, einer großen Wohnküche und einem Balkon. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, alles lief problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbarer Urlaub für 6 Personen
In dem sauberen, ruhigen Haus am Rand von Plakias verbrachten wir 11 schöne Urlaubstage. Bei Problemen war immer ein Ansprechpartner erreichbar. Wir haben den Service sehr geschätzt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

sehr schöne Unterkunft in Plakias
Sehr gute Betreuung durch Eleana. Gute Lage. 300 Meter zum Strand. Nach Plakias, zum Supermarkt und den nächsten Geschäften zu Fuß 20 Minuten. Wohnung sauber und gepflegt. Küchenausstattung: zu wenig Gläser und nur ein einziger Topf. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine gute Wohnung mit grandioser Aussicht
Die Wohnung wurde in einer Woche 2 mal gereinigt und die Handtücher/Bettwäsche gewechselt. Im 2ten Schlafzimmer gab es leider keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank. Sonst war aber alles okay.

Plakias is amazingly beautiful, so is the apartment.
We had a fantastic week in Plakias! The apartment was incredibly clean, everything was working and both the agency and the owner where extremely helpful when we needed them! Thank you for the roses, my wife loved them, and thank you for all the info provided on the island, it was the first time for us in Crete and we do want to come back! Again thank you Eleanna and Valia!

Some remarks however: the kitchen was under equipped in hardware, only one set of keys wifi out of order Your colleague was very kind, nice and effective on the first point, but the wireless operation could be established. We would like to add that, as far as the Internet connection is concerned, there was a malfunction that didn’t affect just the apartment but also the whole area. However the owner tried his best when you asked for support and provided you all the additional objects you requested such as the second set of keys. Also I would like to add that there wasn’t any dangerous, exposed cable but the electrical window switch was broken and the owner asked you if you wish to call a craftsman to fix it, because he didn’t want to disturb you, and you agreed. Everyone has tried their very best to be as attentive and supportive as possible when you asked for immediate support. And was a pleasure for us to do so. The fact that you forgot your keys inside the house is an example that could happen to all of us. The vital part is, that we provided you with immediate support within few hours when requested and would be happy to do so again in the future. In addition, we would like to add that some damages were caused during your stay, for which the owner didn’t charge you anything. Hope this feedback would be valuable to comprehend our part also. Allow us also to reassure you that we are all as a team seeking to exceed guest expectations staying with us & our main priority is to make all our guests happy and feel at home. Once again thank you very much for your feedback. Looking forward to seeing you again coming back "home" soon.
