Very nice resort. Fantastic view from the infinity pool area. Excellent food dinner and breakfast. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend this resort.

Helpful staff and awesome pool
Went on all inclusive honeymoon for two weeks. The staff were really helpful. We arrived super early in the morning but we could still get access to our room to get some sleep. Got a toothache and the reception helped me find a dentist that spoke english (and she even spoke swedish, so that was nice!). Had a wide selection of tasty food in the buffee as well as some icecream both for lunch and dinner and by the infinity pool, all inclusive. Got boarding passes for our flight printed and delivered to our room. Evening entertainment was nice, but I can imagine it might be loud for rooms close by. Only (minor) down side were slightly worn out rooms (the tapestry was discolored in some places and the bathtub had a big scratch). It took about 1.6 euros and 15 minutes to get into Kos town. The infinity pool was awesome!

Lugnt, tysta rum och bekväm säng. Fantastiskt poolområde och välskött stenstrand. Avkopplande och det kändes som om tiden stod still!!!

Underbart hotell
Ett väldigt vackert hotell beläget ett par km från kos stad. Utsikten från hotellet är helt fantastisk och infinity poolen var underbat. Finns mycket att göra på hotellet förutom att sola och bada som tex Spa och även olika typer av underhållningen på kvällerna. Frukostbuffen hade stort utbud och pannkakorna rekommenderas.

A definite gem on the Island
Excellent position, fantastic views over the sea, sea room with a view a definite must,service by all staff excellent, All inclusive is definitely worth it.. Room were cleaned everyday free bottles of water…entertainment in the evening all meals had a dish for all, not friendly for people who have disabilities walking very hilly ,lots of stairs

Allgemein hat uns das Hotel gut gefallen. Es sind gute 4 Sterne Plus. Das Personal im Restaurant könnte netter sein. Meer ist sehr klar und sauber, allerdings ist der Eingang nur mit schwimmschuhe durch die großen Steine zu empfehlen. Die Wege von Rezeption zum Meer sind ziemlich lang und steil. Man soll ziemlich sportlich sein.

For a 5 star rating, i was disappointed. The lack of quality overall from food, drinks and service was very poor. The staff seemed stressed always rushing around and no time to take care of the guests needs. Every breakfast, lunch and dinner, everyone struggled to get a table that was prepared for eating. It was either dirty or not set up. No direction where to sit. Once seated, they would walk past numerous times ignoring any requests. The sunbeds, there are signs posted, to prevent guests reserving them with towels but no one checks and it happens all the time. The Concierge was very unhelpful, as was the front desk, you felt like you were bothering them. I will not recommended this hotel and i wont be going back.

Impressive views, drinks and hospitality
An incredibly pleasant stay, with great and friendly waiters and bar staff. The room was incredible and had amazing views with a spacious balcony. The food was lovely and had a great variety. Only comment would be that if you're allergic to ingredients it may be difficult to eat in the buffet due to the potential mixing of cutlery and plates. However, we didn't have an issue with this. The pool area was amazing, with impressionable views and a wide variety of drinks that were served regularly. The beach bar was also lovely, out of the way and a nice place to relax with a sun bed and the sound of the ocean. Couldn't have really been improved upon and the staff clearly all work incredibly hard to ensure the vacationers have an outstanding stay.

Amazing hotel
Overall amazing hotel, staff were nice and rooms were nice. The pool is the main attraction of the hotel and it was great. Nice beach as well. The food was okay, the dining space felt a bit dated with some mold in the cealing… Only bad thing I noticed about the room that there was no ventilation in the shower/bathroom. Just a matter of time before the building is moldy. But I loved the room and views from the balcony.

Das Essen war gut, abwechslungsreich und hat uns geschmeckt. Die Atmosphäre im großen Speisesaal gleicht eher einer Kantine: langweilige Möbel, oft Durchzug, Servicepersonal aber nett. Abwechslung bringen die buchbaren Mahlzeiten im hoteleigenen Soya (asiatisch) und Mediterraneo. Unbedingt wahrnehmen! Die Matratze in unserem Standardzimmer mit Meerbrlick war viel zu hart und unbequem. Im Boxspringbett fehlte der Topper: Schmerzen an Hüfte und Schulter waren das Ergebnis. Nachfrage an der Rezeption, ob man mir mit einem Topper aushelfen könne: dort kannte man angeblich überhaupt keine Topper! Und das obwohl im Zimmer unserer Tochter (Suite) das Bett dort einen hatte. Wie kann das sein? Sehr schade! Bei dem Preis und dem Anspruch, ein 5-Sterne-Hotel zu sein, müsste das Standard sein oder bei Bedarf nachgeliefert werden. Insgesamt handelt es sich unserer Meinung nach nicht um ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, allenfalls 4 Sterne. Der Zimmerservice war oft lieblos und unzureichend (z.B. Nachtwäsche auf die Nachttische geworfen), das kennen wir anders. Das Wasser in allen Pools (auch im Babypool) war unfassbar kalt. So macht Schwimmen keinen Spaß, und auch der spektakuläre Anblick des großes Infinitypools kann das nicht wettmachen. Beim hoteleigenen Strand handelt es sich um ein ganz schmales Stück, übersät mit vielen großen und kleinen Steinen und dunklem Kies. Am Strand gibt es eine Strandbar, aber keine Toilette. Liegen am großen Pool stehen viel zu dicht u. sind oft reserviert :-(

The best part of this hotel for me was the beach that was adjacent to the property -- the water was so clear and the view of Turkey was really spellbinding. The resort itself was overcrowded, esp the deck chairs near the infinity pool, the all you can eat was a bit of a mess and was most disappointed in needing an advanced reservation to dine in the restaurants onsite.

The property was excellent, very open and designed to allow you to enjoy being outside. The staff were very accommodating as well, and the main buffet had selections that were varied for most tastes. The all inclusive selection was worth the expense, as there were few items that required extra fees. They have many pools, and a private beach area. The beach is not sandy, but small stones, but they are not hard to walk on. I would suggest “aqua socks” if you plan on using the beach. The water is very clean, and they have a beachside bar, as the beach is down the hill from the main hotel, which is a little walk. The only downside at the beach is that there is no “changing room” to change out of your wet swim wear. All in all we would go back, and enjoy this beautiful property again.
