This is a great property to stay at if you want to tour old town. There are literally restaurants and shops at the bottom of the stairs as soon as you enter the streets.

We have never seen any reception or hosts at all so it may make you feel there is not much customer service to be offered. Despite all these, our check in and transportation arrangement were seamless so there was not much customer support we would need. Room was extremely clean. Location was awesome, walking distance to major sites and restaurants are everywhere.

The lovely person who checked us in, gave us all kinds of great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The room was great, very spacious. Loved the little street that our balcony overlooked here. A great cafe on the corner, and all the great restaurants and shopping were just a few streets away. Chania is a wonderful place to get lost wondering the alleyways. Keep in mind, it's in the hub of everything and the museum across the street turns into a nightclub on the weekends. But we enjoy that kind of vibrancy when we travel. We stayed several days here and everything was great.

Location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants. Only "issue" was that alley becomes very lively at night and crowd and restaurant noise continues til about 1:00 am. One of Junior Suite was noticeably smaller than the other, but not really major problem.

Lovely location in the heart of Old Town. One of the hosts, Katia, was absolutely wonderful with sharing places to eat and beaches to go to that were off the beaten path. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Do know that if you rent a car parking is a struggle for everybody in the Old City.

Excellent stay!
Amazing stay overall. Rooms were so huge and the receptionist is really really nice. Highly recommend. Just keep in mind that the receptionist leaves at 2pm so it is more of a hassle to get towels, toiletries, etc and recommendations for things to do in the city if you arrive late. Our room was not facing the street but there is a club across the street that is very loud…we could slightly hear the vibrations but also assume that if you stayed street side it would be quite loud.

Location Location Location
A VERY clean and perfectly sized room for a solo traveler. The location is where this place stands out! If you want to taste some of the best food Chania has to offer, than the Minaret alley is the place to be and that is where you are!

Property was located in a good condition but because there are restaurants and bars around, even at 3am, it is noisy. If you are a light sleeper, avoid this place. If you can sleep through sound/music, this place is fine. Do note that there is no lift. Only stairs.

Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος από τη διαμονή μου. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μοντέρνο, καθαρό, άνετο, πολυτελές και σύγχρονο. Η υποδοχή εξαιρετική. Πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της πόλης. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Great rooms!
The rooms were great, and so were the staff, we needed to go one flight of stairs with our luggage, so it was a little hard since we had many luggage’s, also one of the rooms had the bathroom sink inside the room(which was a bit wierd). Other then that it is awesome rooms, and the breakfast it amazing!
