Bästa hotellet!!! Jättefint poolområde, gott om jättebra personal, bra service, härlig strand, jättebra att bada där. Förutom buffé med mycket att välja på, så finns det sex restauranger att äta på i fin miljö och en hamburgerrestaurang för lunch. Vi blev uppgraderade till rum med egen pool, så klart att vi är supernöjda!

We stayed for only two nights (but we will come back for sure) but we had a lovely time. The staff in the reception is world class service minded. 
Housekeeping was world class and friendly.
Nice with several restaurants and bars. 
The beach was really nice.

Överlag ett väldigt bra hotell med bra läge. Rent och fint och trevlig personal. Lite minus för maten som kunde ha varit mer varierande och smakrik.

Fantastisk vecka igen!!!
Andra gången vi valde detta hotell för vår familjesemester och lika bra denna gång. Ett helt fantastiskt hotell med bra service och god, varierande mat. Barnen stortrivs pga poolerna, aktiviteterna, snacksbaren mm. All-inklusiv är perfekt. Flera olika bra restauranger att välja på. Grillning i trädgården, snacksbar med mycket att välja på. Nära till både stad/shopping, havet, buss- och taxistation är bara ett stort plus. Servicen och alla glada människor som arbetar här gör vistelsen till den bästa. Vi kommer tillbaka! :)

Perfekt hotell för likväl par som barnfamiljen
Ett fint hotell med underbar personal. Alla på hotellet arbetar för att göra vistelsen så bra dom möjligt för sina gäster. Stort utbud när det kommer till mat likaväl på frukost, lunch eller middag. Kan rekommendera att boka bord på någon av de övriga restaurangerna också istället för huvudrestaurangen där buffén serveras. Hotellet ligger i direkt anslutning till Faliraki beach där det är en långgrund sandstrand och även nära till huvudgatorna med restauranger/barer/affärer. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell om du vi få dig en skön semester med allt inkluderat!

En mycket angenäm vecka.
Vi hade en underbar vecka på Mitsis. Möttes upp vid incheckningen med ett glas bubbelvin och det präglade hela veckan med fantastisk service. Personalen gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas. Maten höll hög klass. Trevligt poolområde och nära till den fina stranden där man kan hyra solstolar och parasoll. Omgivningen var ganska trist med turistaffärer men lätt att hyra bil på hotellet för utflykter. Buss och taxistation några hundra meter bort..

Topphotell!
Ett helt fantastiskt hotell att bo på!! En underbar personal som behandlar och servar sina gäster utmärkt bra. God mat särskilt på smårestaurangerna där man blir serverad vid bordet. Sandstranden som ligger alldeles vid hotellet är nog Rhodos bästa. Vi har besökt detta hotell många gånger (13 gånger ) ock kommer säkert återvända!

Bra hotell med en jättefin strand utanför.trist att man måste paxa solstolar för att få någon under högsäsong. På fjärde våningen där vi bodde fanns det ingen insynsskydd mot grannbalkongerna bara en mur på ca 1m.

Every thing waz amazing the food and the pools and the staff were so friendly, u feel like home in this hotel, the only negative thing in it is the beds, they were a little bit hard and not comfortable otherwise evrything was excellent , i would recommend it for families.

Toppenhotell med dåligt WiFi
Vi bodde på hotellet för andra gången och trivdes lika bra denna gång. Maten i buffén var faktiskt snäppet bättre än sist. Dock var det fullbokat i a´la carte-restaurangerna redan när vi kom vilket är trist. Vi hade tur och fick ett återbud till den grekiska restaurangen. Allt är toppen med hotellet bortsett från ljudnivån i bufférestaurangen när det är fullsatt, den extremt höga ljudvolymen vid underhållning i stora baren och det hopplöst dåliga WiFi.

Detta är det bästa hotell vi någonsin bott på i Grekland. (Har varit i Grekland 12 ggr) Det var också vårt första All inclusive i just Grekland och det var verkligen jättebra. Det enda jag saknade var godare "mellis" på eftermiddagarna vilket skulle varit bra när man hade bokat sen restaurangtid på kvällen. Den toast och de crepes som fanns var inte så roliga. Pizzaslice och liknande skulle varit bra. Annars var maten suverän, mycket att välja på i buffén, både frukost, lunch och middag. Allt fräscht och gott. Vi testade även några av specialrestaurangerna; den Grekiska, Mexicanska och den Italienska. Det var också gott. Olika typer av dryck fanns på många ställen av hotellområdet. Mycket större utbud på drinkar än t ex i Turkiet. All personal var fantastiskt trevlig överallt. Gästerna var övervägande ryssar, med tyskar på andra plats, och inte så många svenskar. Alla gäster vi såg och träffade var trevliga och skötsamma. Det var skönt med det korta avståndet till flygplatsen, ca 20 min. Vi flög Ryanair, mycket smidigt, och sen hoppade in i en taxi på flygplatsen. Kostade 26EUR till hotellet (dock 30 tillbaka...) vilket var mycket billigare än att förboka på nätet. Hotellet låg nära centrum och "bargatan" så vår 18-åriga dotter med kompis som var med tyckte det var perfekt läge. Liksom vi som kände att de var förhållandevis nära oss när de var ute sent på kvällen. Den stora gräsmattan med solstolar mellan hotellbyggnaden och stranden låg perfekt skyddat när det blåste.

Vänlig personal
Hotellet i sig var enligt förväntningarna. Personalen var trevlig och slet som bara den. Tyvärr hade de tydligen problem med att få sina löner så det utbröt en mindre strejk när vi var där med följden att vi inte fick städat i tre dagar samt att en dag ingick inga drinkar i all inclusiv (endast softdrink och öl). Dessutom var hotellet helt överbokat och vi fick nöja oss med ett mindre rum än vi betalat för de första två dagarna. Maten var rätt ok, ingen sensation dock. Däremot var vi mycket nöjda med de drinkar som ingick i all inclusiv. Frukosten var helt klart sämst. Också mycket köer och väntan vid alla måltider och snacksbar. Det var nog helt enkelt för mycket folk och för lite personal på detta hotell. Även löjligt svårt att få tag på en solstol vid poolbaren. Man måste boka redan kl 5-6 på morgonen med en handduk. Behändigt med det lilla tåg som gick (gratis) på förmiddagen till stranden och hem på eftermiddagen. Det är ca 10-15 min promenad till stranden. Bra aircondition på rummen.

Das Hotel ist an sich wirklich super, die Zimmer sind allerdings etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt täglich, wobei der Boden oder Staub nicht wirklich gewischt wird. Trotzdem waren wir mit allem glücklich. Personal ist wirklich super freundlich, ausnahmslos. Strand ist Geschmacksache, uns hat er nicht so sehr gefallen. Essen war gut, zu empfehlen sind die A la Carte Restaurants. Rhodos Altstadt muss man gesehen haben, einfach traumhaft schön.

Stayed July 23 can’t fault the staff or hotel but sadly both teenage boys caught food poisoning from eating chicken burgers at the a la Carrie restaurant half way through our holiday. They were so so ill they were admitted to hospital and put on drips The hospital confirmed it was food poisoning as they had blood and stool tests which cost us £3000 plus new flights as we couldn’t travel home. That money we got back from insurance but not the holiday cost or the pain the boys went through. I did tell Expedia but they weren’t interested. So I’m afraid I will not be booking with them again or staying at the Mitsis Faliraki ever again

Great place to spend a week in the height of summer! Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. During the wildfires around 500 people were evacuated to our hotel, and staff dealt with this amazingly well making sure that everyone were looked after. They ensures food and drinks were available to all and when evacuees left, the hotel was quickly back to its usual standard. Food was lovely and plentiful, plenty of alcohol available and overall this has been a wonderful holiday despite the current wildfire situation. Best wishes to all the affected and evacuees!

Hotel was spotless, staff lovely and very friendly. Only a few mins walk into shops, bars etc. Food was ok but definitely room for improvement. In the buffet restaurant sometimes the trays were empty, long queues. Al a carted, great choice but qualify of the food wasn’t great.

A definite gem in Rhodes
This is a well-run busy hotel, well worth of its 5-star rating. Staff are extremely polite, happy to see you and always helpful. The hotel areas are big enough and very clean inside and outside in the paved areas. I think the bars are open from the morning till late, 1.30 am. Food is primarily available all day and night. During the busy season, the hotel has a serious shortage problem of wooden sun loungers placed around the three pools. They also allow guests to reserve them from the early hours, so unless you get up at 6 am, you won't find one and you'll be forced to use the other inferior ones on the grass that is full of mosquitos or the ones on the beach. When mentioned, the management was quick to offer a solution. We were pleasantly surprised when each day snacks and wine on the ice were served in the room. The room bar is stocked up daily. The towels in the room could do with a makeover, they've seen better days. On one day, there's unnecessary noise from cleaning and grass-cutting machinery, work that could be done at night. The food is a mix of Greek and international cuisine, mostly good and available 24 hours a day. The restaurant runs efficiently and has plenty of nice fresh food. Panayiotis the outdoor restaurant waiter was extremely efficient, couldn't do enough for us, was ahead of his game all the time, provided top-class service and made a nice dining experience. Dimitris, the restaurant manager, open the fish and served it to us, a very kind gesture.

Personnel du restaurant très sympathique. Il y a du choix au buffet. Propreté à l'extérieur. Belles piscines, plage à côté avec des transats très confortables. Chambre assez grande par contre le ménage dans la salle de bain n'a pas été effectuée tous les jours malgré les réclamations auprès du service client et réception. Les femmes de chambres sont très bruyantes dans les couloirs à partir de 8h du matin.

I had an amazing stay and experience at the Mitsis Failiraki Beach Hotel and Spa for the following reasons : 1. Being customer service! The staff is super welcoming,friendly,kind, and overall they will do any and everything to treat you like family and take care of you. Staying at this resort, we never had to worry about an unfriendly face or planning excursions that were out of budget. The front desk staff are an absolute delight. After almost 15 hours spent on a plane, it was so refreshing to see their smiling faces as we promptly and efficiently were checked in and taken to our room while the hotel porter transported our luggage to our rooms. Like I said every single staff member is so friendly it’s such a warm and welcoming environment! A special shout out to the Concierge Stergos! He’s so professional, accommodating, and friendly. He helped us plan reasonably priced excursions last minute as it was our first time in Rhodes, Greece.He goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable and honestly we would come back to this resort just for the staff! Next outstanding mention is to Marietta, the shopkeeper in the hotel gift shop! She is genuinely such a kind and sweet person. She assists with finding anything you need. I remember the first day we arrived we realized we forgot sunscreen and we needed nasal spray. We were so worried we would have to go outside of the resort our first day to spend time searching for both these items but the hotel gift shop is basically a

Pitkä viikonloppu vaimon kanssa
Erittäin ystävällistä ja hyvää palvelua. Kaikki paikat siistit ja hyvin siivottu. Saatiin ilmaisen huoneluokan korotuksen, osittainen merinäköala => merinäköala huone neljännessä kerroksessa. Meidän huone oli aika pieni ja olisimme kaivanneet siihen isomman vaatekaapin sekä sohvan. Wc ja suihkutilat olivat tosi tilavat. Ruoka ja juomat olivat mielestämme hyvät.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Meer. Im beeindruckenden Eingangsbereich wurden wir gleich von mehreren Mitarbeiter zum Check-In begrüsst. Zimmer mit Balkon und direktem Meerblick. Buffet-Restaurant mit schöner Auswahl, wir haben trotzdem lieber die Themen-Restaurants genutzt (italienisch war am besten). Schöne Pools mit Palmen und Wiese und daneben der direkte Zugang zum Strand. Sonnenliegen mit Schirm waren auch dort kostenlos und Barservice am Platz. Wir waren schon auf Kreta in einem Mitsis-Hotel und hatten uns deshalb wieder für diese Kette entschieden. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Really lovely hotel, the staff we're very friendly and always helpful. Welcome towels and drinks were a great touch. I thought the rooms were lovely but very tired. Great amenities, free in room safe, air con, etc. The entertainment was ok but didn't blow me away. To make it even better I would like to see updated rooms, another option for lunch other than main restaurant or creperie (maybe pizza/gyros by the pool?) and more options for food at the main restaurant. Food was good quality though. Pool areas were lovely and great location/proximity to the beach. Loved our private pool room.

This hotel in Faliraki, Rhodes was fantastic! It is well laid out, with plenty of space to chill either by the beach or by the pool. The food and drinks available at this hotel were wonderful, and there were loads of options. The location of the hotel is well located within Faliraki which has a lot of shops and bars, with fairly easy transport links to Rhodes Town. We ended up with a room with a private pool, which was a nice surprise upgrade from the hotel. It was a comfy room and was spacious. I would say the one thing which made this hotel stand out to us was the staff, who went on to remember our names and went above & beyond to make sure our stay was great. Overall would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rhodes!

Misleading advertised photos. Rooms and views are NOT what’s being advertised. Very sad The hotel has no direct sea views as there’s is another building in front of it. The rooms are outdated and has a very small balcony with solid block walls. Nothing like the picture for the room we selected which stated partial sea view. There was noooo sea in the view 😖. We ended up leaving the hotel the same day and we went to the fabulous Sheraton on the other side of the island

Carefully appointed, with a twin bed and a marble bathroom with bathtub and shower offering all comforts of a 5* resort along with modern amenities and conveniences. Our website provides fully information for the type & size room. Your personal comments are highly appreciated and respected. It is the reason we did not claim any payment/fee as we were rightfully entitled to, according to your booking conditions. Rest assured your suggestions will be taken into consideration in our constant effort to improve our services and facilities. We do hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more positive experience in the future and remain with warm regards from Rhodes.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est excellent! L’hôtel et ses équipements son magnifique et il est très bien situé. Le seul bémols est que nous avons prit une chambre familiale et que ces chambres à notre grande surprises font 25m2. Cela est trop petit ! Avec deux enfants et des valises.
