Dear Masin, Thank you for staying with us. The day of your check in i personally came at the apartment a few hours after your arrival. You told me that you liked the apartment and you were very happy for that. When you asked me where the bars and the city center is i answered you that the distance to the city center is 9km away and you need a car to go. As you didn't have a rental car i contacted some rental offices to help you find one and give you some quotes for your 14 days stay. 4 days later you gave me a call. You told me that it was urgent to leave the apartment and go back home to visit a doctor and you asked for a refund for the remaining days. I answered that we are in high season and i can not give you a refund. I offered to give you your invoice and ask for a refund from your travel insurance as it is for health reasons. 2 days later i received a phone call from hotels.com to ask for a refund for the same reason. If it was urgent you would have left. You never left to go back home but you stayied all the 14 days you have booked. Unfortunatelly after your departure we found the apartment in a very bad condition. You also denied to pay the stay tax (0,5 euros per day). I consider that you wanted to move closer to the city center and for this reason you left us a 4/10. Before you book you had to research that our property is 9 km away from the city center and you need a car or to use the public transportation.

Thank you for your comments. Our apartments are equipped with satellite system. Local and international channels. You had to change the to satellite mode from the remote control.
