Värdparet var helt underbara, försökte göra vistelsen bra för oss men en AC som dånade och kyl, sängarna stenhårda och en väg vägg i vägg med vårt rum samt ett hotell över den lilla gatan som förde ett himla väsen. Ägaren klagade hos detta hotell så det blev bättre. Men en mkt fin baksida med fin pool och sol/relax möjlighet. Tillgång till wc/dusch på baksidan, ett stort pluss.

Trivsamt, rent och mysigt!
Små rena och trivsamma rum, det ända vi har att anmärka på är sängarna som behöver madrasser, detta är tyvärr rätt vanligt på många ställen i Grekland. Härligt pool område med solstolar. Super bra läge till affärer, tavernor och busshållplats. Vi trivs jätte bra med det trevliga värdparet Polly och Stellios, tredje gången vi besöker Nicolas studios o Apartm. Vi kommer säkerligen att återkomma!

Mysigt boende med nära till allt
Bodde med min man o våra tre barn här o alla trivdes så bra , väldigt trevlig ägare o allt var välskött o fint. Trädgård på baksidan med en liten pool , vi var den enda barnfamiljen på hotellet under veckan så väldigt lugnt, runt omkring finns många resturanger , affärer o väldigt nära till havet, helt underbart o vi vill gärna dit igen

Trevligt hotell. Allt positivt och gemytligt. Negativt är att safe Box kostar extra, 10 euro per vistelse och air condition 6 euro per natt.

Hade det fantastiskt trevligt på Nicolas Studio and Apt. Jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma ägare! Värt att investera i AC och internetet var sådär, gick att kolla mail och googla. Would return!

Gemytligt boende nära stranden.
Nicolas är ett mycket trevligt boende och ägarna som också bor där, gjorde vidtelsen minnesvärd. Ett boende som jag gärna återvänder till.

Excellent location
This hotel is a good choice. Nice and quiet with only a handful of rooms. The rooms are basic but for the price perfect and very clean. My room was on the garden side and I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere especially in the afternoons. The pool area was brilliant and the garden was very beautiful. Perfect location in a hideaway street 50m walk from the main street. Close to the shops, beach and restaurants. The owners were really friendly. I have no reservation in highly recommending the Nicolas Studios & Apartments for your stay in Agia Marina - Crete.

Fantastiskt allt!
Värdparet var toppen. Hotellets skick och miljö var toppen. Läget var mycket bra. Lugnt och tyst.Städningen var bättre än toppen. Vi kommer definitivt att bo på Nicolas nästa gång vi åker till Kreta.

Cheap, nice and clean!
I stayed for one week, and I was never disappointed. Very friendly owners, clean rooms and a very cosy atmosphere, I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Agia Marina!

Such a cute little hotel/apartments, driven by the sweetest host couple; Stelios and Poli. They were so polite and welcoming. If you need anything, they will gladly help you. The location is amazing and very close to the beach. Cleanliness is on point.

Fantastiske værter og god beliggenhed
Beliggenheden er god, meget tæt på strand, transport og indkøb. Der bliver gjort rent hver dag, skiftning af håndklæder m.m. hver anden dag. Fantastik værter (mand og kone) altid glad og er klar til at hjælpe med alt, en følelse af at være i hjemlige omgivelser. Det eneste mindre god ting er små og / eller fælles udendørs altaner.

Lovely, quiet, family-run business with a relaxing pool area. The accommodation is well located, close to tavernas and just a couple of minutes to the beach. The staff are wonderfully hospitable and were very accommodating to our needs during our stay. The cleaning lady was especially helpful - so kind and always had a smile on her face. Would definitely recommend - and return - to Nicolas Studios & Apartments.

El lugar es comodo, limpio con una buena pileta y jardin. Pero OJO. Te cobran el aire acondicionado y la caja de seguridad aparte. Esta cerca de la Playa AgiaMarina pero muy lejos de Chania. Imposible llegar caminando.

L’endroit est bien, propre, une mignonne petite piscine et bien situé. Par contre, on nous a chargé 6,50 euro supplémentaire simplement pour avoir l’air climatisé ... alors qu’il n’est rien écrit sur le site (le frais supplémentaire) et même indiqué que l’air clim. est incluse. Il n’y a aucune bouteille d’eau à même la chambre ... et le lit est très peu confortable. Bref, nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit et c’est suffisant.

Muy buen lugar pero con recaudos.
El appart esta muy bien. La habitacion chica pero comoda y la pileta muy buena. Pero OJO. Esta en el centro de Agia Marina pero lejos del centro de Chania y no es para ir caminando. Ademas te cobran la caja de seguridad y el aire acondicionado aparte, cosa que me parece pesimo aunque no sea caro. Igualmente estuvo muy bien la estadia.

Perfect location and supernice host couple
This Place has the perfect location in Agia Marina and offers simple rooms for a Good price. It has a nice well maintained garden with a pool and everything is very clean and you get very well taken care of by the very friendly and sweet host couple that helps your with all you might need . I can recomend this place if you are looking for an affordable but simple place to stay on the very best iland of crete.

Excellent Accommodation Central in Agia Marina
Excellent accommodation, very central in Agia Marina, close to beach, shops and tavernas. Standard is basic, but perfectly adequate. Family run, and they take great pride that their guests are satisfied. Everything immaculately maintained and cleaned daily to a very high standard. Highly recommend staying here for a reasonable standard at a good price. On premises parking is limited, with only 2 spaces and 8 apartments.

Good and friendly staff, room was cleaned and bed made every day. Good location near the tourist street and beach. Pool was clean but little small for adults, great for children. Room was a little worn out, but overall it was very nice. Main complain goes to noisy AC, I needed earplugs to have good sleep while the machine was on. Also it is good to know that AC costs extra and is controlled by little key that is attached to room key (in a welded ring, so they cannot be separated without pliers). AC only works when key is in place, so if you leave the room and take your keys with you, the AC will stop. So after a long day at hiking, the room can be hot, damp or cold depending the weather, because the AC cannot be ON while you are away. This could be improved, more comfort over economy for the customer :) But overall a great place and would recommend. Only real negative thing is noisy AC and the usage limitation.

Dear anonymous guest. Thank you for staying with us and for your kind review and recommendation. I would like to comment 2-3 points. The pool size is proportionate and depends of the accommodations capacity. Some other quests have find the pool big enough. The extra charge of the A/C is state clear on the booking page. Finally in no one accommodation the a/c is working continuousness without the guests presence. Again, thank you for giving us the feedback as it allows to make changes where possible to improve guest satisfaction.
