We chose to stay at Crystal Waters for 10 days during a trip to Lefkada. We were very much looking forward to our stay as the reviews and photos looked promising, however we were a little disappointed once we arrived. It was not worth the price we paid per night (approx. $600 per night). We booked 3 separate rooms for our family (one with a private pool), and we found the amenities to be seriously lacking and outdated, they only provided us with 1 towel per person (no robes), no coffee machine in the room - only a broken kettle. The air conditioning worked great, however be aware that it does shut off any time a door or window is opened. The staff tends to leave the balcony doors open after cleaning the room, which means you return to a very hot room (it was 45 degrees during our stay). The location is great! Very close to a lot of shops, grocery stores, good restaurants and about a 15minute drive into the town of Lefkada. Parking was always accessible, which was amazing and very nice that we didn’t have to worry about that. The grounds are beautiful - the pool area was always clean and inviting. The staff was friendly, however not very attentive. Overall, our stay was nice, however we found that it was not worth the price that was being charged.

Everyone at Opal was extremely friendly and welcoming! They helped us arrange transfers to/from the port and gave us plenty of suggestions on what to do & where to go. They were also reachable by Whatsapp for any questions! The property is new, modern, & clean. It was great to have 2.5 bathrooms and 2 separate balconies in the room. We were able to comfortably fit 3 guests. The breakfast buffet is excellent as well. It’s conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from town. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location in Naoussa!! Right next to everything! Everything is walking distance, but not loud at night at all and we had a view to the Main Street! The harbor, restaurants and shops are 5 minutes away. Our room overlooked the water and it was great! Besides the location, the staff went above and beyond with anything we needed!! Everyone was extremely sweet and helpful! They made atv arrangements for us and the atv came straight to the hotel and drop off was also at the hotel, we didn’t have to do a single thing! Thank you all for a great stay! We’ll be back!

The staff, attention to details, guidance for things to see and do in Paros, and the breakfast were all highlights, as well as its walkable location! The hotel feels new and contemporary with all the right amenities.

The staff were super nice which makes your stay extra special. 5 min walk to Piperi beach and about 10 min walk to the port of Naousa. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

We stayed here at the beginning of June 2025. This is a beautiful hotel, would highly recommend it. It's in the perfect location - about a 1-2 minute walk from the bustling center of Naoussa, which means that you have quiet nights while still being close to everything. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and available 24/7. The breakfast that was included was excellent and consisted of eggs, sausage, roasted veggies, various breads for toast, yogurt, fruits - a great way to start the day. Although our room was small, it was very stylish and the entire hotel has a beautiful style about it. It was also extremely clean. We love this place and would definitely come back - one of our favourites.

Schönes Hotel in fußlĂ€ufiger Entfernung zum Zentrum von Naoussa. Wir haben fĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt ein Upgrade in eine Suite bekommen. Schicke Einrichtung, schönes FrĂŒhstĂŒck, nettes Personal. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefĂŒhlt. Noch alles sehr neu, da im Juni erst eröffnet. Einen kostenfreien Late Check-out haben wir ebenfalls bekommen. Also gibt nichts zu meckern. FĂŒr alle die ohne Pool glĂŒcklich sind eine Empfehlung von unserer Seite.

We had an exceptional stay - will definitely return. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the location could not have been better. There is a sweet little beach just across the street and the center of town is just a 5 min walk. The hotel has only been open a few months so very modern and perfect condition. Loved the design as well.
