Very helpful hotel staff!
We stayed in a superior suit with tub which was perfect for a family of four, it was also quiet and very comfortable. Staff was also very helpful to make the best of our stay! We rented a car for trips on the island and their is a public parking just by the hotel.

FANTASTISK HOTELL
Super bra, modernt hotell med jätte bra frukost.Fantastisk personal. 3-min gå avstånd till busshållplatsen som tar dig till de mest populära stränderna. 5 min gå avstånd till stan. Stränderna som Agios Prokopios och Plaka har kristallklart vatten med olika blåa nyanser. Husen är pittoreska vitkalkade med blå fönsterluckor. Massa mysiga restauranger och småbutiker. Allt man kan önska sig an en Grekisk ö och semester. PRISVÄRT.

Riktigt bra!
Helt fantastiskt hotell! Underbar personal och superbra läge med närhet till gamla staden samt till en busshållplats som tar dig till flera stränder. Rummet var rent och fräscht! Vi kommer definitivt boka detta igen!

Super bra hotell
Jag och min pojkvän bodde på hotellet i fyra nätter. Det var ett bästa hotell vi bott på! Personalen var super trevliga, service-minded och hjälpsamma. Hotellet var i topp skick, rummet var fräscht och stilfullt. När vi bodde på hotellet höll de på och byta ut sitt frukost koncept men det gjorde inget då det finns flera bra frukost ställen nära (Heaven och Chocolate gillade vi bäst). Gångsvstånd på 5 min till st. George beach och Chora (storstan i Naxos). De hade också fri transver till färjan. Jag skulle verkligen rekommendera andra att bo på detta hotell.

Fantastiskt trevlig personal. Fint och fräscht rum med bra storlek. Minus för balkongen som var väldigt liten, vi nyttjade den aldrig.

Excellent Stay!
Our recent stay at this hotel was excellent. The room felt new, spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, although a bit further from Naxos Port, about 15 to 20 minutes on foot. The surrounding area felt very safe, with plenty of dining options nearby, and there's a large supermarket about 15 minutes away for better-priced essentials. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, offering a very warm welcome with a complimentary drink and providing valuable recommendations for tours, excursions, and things to on the island. The standout feature was the phenomenal breakfast, offering a wide variety of delicious Greek favourites and international options. The amenities were great, including Nuxe toiletries. However, there was a faint sewage smell in the bathroom, although it didn't affect the room with the door closed. Overall, this hotel provided an excellent stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

I had an extended stay in Naxos, and the Polis is an excellent selection for anyone. Clean, well-operated with spacious rooms; hot water; excellent ac; friendly staff. The morning breakfasts were very good quality and selection, and the coffee was piping hot. If you are looking for a nicely located hotel, close to the beach, very nice restaurants, but away from the hustle and bustle of the port area, then the Polis deserves your strongest considerations.

Over selling under delivering
Poor Wi-Fi speed. Wrong room size advertised. Extremely tiny property. No drinking water provision in the room. Car parking facility is of the city and private parties. They wrongly offer car parking facilities with the room as if its theirs and on their property. Considering what they charged, its not worth it.

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο,καθαρό.Δεν έχει πολύ χώρο για οικογένεια με μεγάλα παιδιά.Το πρωινό λιγάκι βαρετό μετά από κάποιες μέρες γιατί ήταν συνεχώς το ιδιο(μείναμε μια βδομάδα). Δεν παρείχε είδη μπάνιου(ένα προϊόν αφρόλουτρο-σαμπουάν μαζί που δεν το ανανέωσαν ποτέ).Για τα δεδομένα των Κυκλάδων ωραίο.Θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο οικονομικότερο (161€με πρωινό).

Litt upersonlig, men ok hotell på Naxos
Rene, fine rom. Bra belysning og gode senger. Litt for små balkonger mot trafikkert gate. Bra frokost. Digital innsjekking som fungerte fordi resepsjonen var bemannet. Digital utsjekking som ikke fungerte, og da vi sjekket ut (kl 08:30) var det heller ingen i resepsjonen.

Agréable séjour à Naxos
La chambre était très jolie et exactement sur les photos, la salle de bain également petite mais fonctionnelle. Le lit était très moelleux mais contrastait un peu avec le coussin qui était plus ferme. Le petite déjeuner très conviviale et les personnes à la réception absolument adorables. Toutes les mesures covid seraient prises et respectées, je recommande. L’hôtel était à 15min du port et à bonne distance d’une jolie plague. A proximité de restaurants et du centre de la ville.

We loved everything about this hotel! It is conveniently located nearer to the beach than town but still an easy walk from the port. The family that runs the hotel could not have been more helpful. We appreciated all their suggestions and assistance. Breakfast was no longer offered during our stay as we were so late in the month (Oct 21-25) but the coffee maker (Nespresso!) and refrigerator allowed us to have a quick breakfast and late afternoon snacks in our room. Highly recommend!

Great little find
The hotel was immaculate, the staff extremely friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic! Close to the beach and the main Street! Plenty of food and shopping options nearby! My only complaint would be the walls were a little thin but beyond that I had a fabulous stay and would happily stay again!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das morgendliche Frühstück war reichhaltig und mit leckeren lokalen Spezialitäten. Zur Straße hin sind die Zimmer sehr gut isoliert und man hört wenig. Leider sind die zimmer selbst zum Flur hin aber sehr hellhörig. Dies könnte man verbessern.

Awful. Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I was looking forward to staying. The room is modern but not cleaned well. Dirty bin and hairs on bedding and draws. Balcony too small to sit on and looks onto waste land. Toiletries not as advertised but replaced with cheap ones Waking up first day to no electricity so mobile not charged. Went down to breakfast which is in the basement. Very dark and depressing only coffee in large urn Tasted like watered down marmite The breakfast items were mostly dry and tasted cheap from a low brand supermarket Only nice thing was the Greek yoghurt. No hot food or other coffee as no electricity I was told fixed in 30 mins that was 2 hours ago I was cold and unable to charge mobile so had to go find a cafe that could charge and get warm as it was heavy rain and cold and wet from walking. This then made me ill that night and spent the night in bed feeling run down. I paid alot to stay here and feel that I did not get what I paid for. I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel did not say sorry or offer good will.

La situation, la tranquillité, le généreux petit déjeuner, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, sont des atouts. La chambre plutôt petite et le balcon minuscule donnant sur une cour intérieure sans charme nous ont un peu déçus par rapport aux photos du site.

Clean and Comfortable
We had an amazing stay at Polis. The location is excellent. Close to town and to the beach. The room was incredibly clean and modern. The breakfast had a ton of choice and the staff were very helpful.

Great hotel
I loved the view from our deck and the location was walkable to the Port and the St George beach. We enjoyed our stay at the Polis. As all the other reviews state the shower was great, beds great but we did not eat the breakfast because we were off and hiking early each day
