Romantisk familiärt hotell
Värden Dimitri var fantastisk serviceminded och gjorde sitt bästa för att man skall känna sig som hemma. Han skaffade allt vi behövde, det var bara att säga till, oansett om det var information om något, eller praktiska saker som t.ex en hårtork, eller en gryta. Vårt rum vätte mot gatan där det förekommer en del larm(ej hotellets fel), vi gick ner till baren i grannskapet och vi sade till om det höga ljudet, de skruvade ner musiken.

Pittoresk standard in an old and genuine building
Fantastic view from the room over the harbour. The room had a unique pittoresk standard in a old and genuine building. As the hotel is in the harbour area it is very close to shopping, restaurants and bars which can be a bit if a hazzel if you do not like the sound of laughter and party that sometimes goes into the early morning hours.

Bästa utsikten!
Fantastiskt litet hotell, enkelt men urmysigt. Utsikten från balkongen var makalös och ägaren var mycket trevlig och service-minded. Rekommenderas å det varmaste.

Förtjust
En positiv uppenbarelse. Mycket trevlig personal som ville hjälpa till med allt. Förvånade fick vi till råga på allt veta att frukost ingick i priset. Hotellet är av äldre årgång men charmfullt rustat. Läget är undrderbart med utsikt över en del av hamnen och nära till allt.

Struttura molto carina ma un po' datata, tante piccole cose da rivedere: -alcune prese andrebbero messe in si sicurezza -il letto a baldacchino molto bello ma le gambe centrali non poggiano a terra facendo la buca al centro - il balconcino troppo piccolo e arredato in modo che non puoi stare in piedi di fuori - la vicinanza con la terrazza discoteca obbliga a tenere le finestre chiuse - la pulizia non è fatta a fondo c'è sporco negli angoli e calcare su doccia e lavandino. Per pochi giorni va bene.

Příjemný hotel s domácí atmosférou
Milé přivítání, dobré umístění, pěkný, čistý pokoj. Cítili jsme se zde dobře, dokážu si představit vrátit se sem na delší pobyt. Parkování poblíž v přístavu zdarma. Snídaně zajištěna smluvně v kavárně u pláže od 8.00. Je to romantické, ale ne pro toho, kdo touží ráno rychle něco zhltnout a rychle mazat za poznáním Kréty.

Location in una ristrutturazione di casa tradizionale, molto particolare e curata nell'arredamento, camere con comodi letti, pulite e spaziose con vista o su patio interno o sul mare. Set cortesia bagno con prodotti di qualità, asse/ferro da stiro, cassaforte, bollitore. Affacciata sul porto, a due passi dal lago, bar e ristoranti e a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta.

Not my favourite stay of this trip
We were rerouted here at the last minute because our original booking was cancelled I had to choose fast and not go through all of the ratings for this hotel the staff were very nice and pleasant and the area was great We had a lot of difficulty finding it as we didn’t have wifi one way streets and language isssues our room was 304 up 3 stories with heavy luggage The room itself was awkward but the worst was the smell of bathroom Really upset me Also there was a lot of noise outside ugh or in apartment so needed windows open Lastly the shower was horrid I didn’t wash my hair until the last day because the only true pressure you got was on mostly cold and I couldn’t bear to go through that much cold There were other things too but that was main ones Great restaurants in area

Hôtel charmant en plein centre avec vue sur le port. Accueil personnalisé des notre arrivée. Une bonne adresse pour visiter quelques jours agios nicholaos et ses environs. A noter un parking gratuit à proximité de l'hôtel.

Great Place
The room was clean and set up in a very relaxing way. We had a view over the port that was stunning, especially at sunset. We did have one problem at the hotel, but the management went out of their way to help us and we can't thank them enough. Also, if you want a good meal or two then listen to their recommendations. We did and had the best food we'd eaten in quite some time. Hotel can be noisy as it's right on the front with a number of bars to either site.

Gut und preiswert wohnen im Stadtzentrum
Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3.OG mit großem Balkon und Panoramablick über den alten Hafen, die Stadt, das Meer und die Gebirge. In der Nachsaison waren das Hotel ruhig und die Musik von den Nachtbars am Hafen in erträglicher Lautstärke. Das Haus wird von einer netten Familie geführt und ist sauber und gepflegt. Ein Kühlschrank, ein Spülbecken und ein Backgrill mit zwei Herdplatten (statt Kochnische) ermöglichen die Selbstversorgung. Leider gab es weder Töpfe noch Besteck. Letzteres sowie Wasserkocher und Teekanne haben wir immer selbst dabei.

Nice family but this is not a hotel...
This is a building with rooms/ studio apartments which were clearly once self catering evidenced by the grubby sink unit in the corner. On arrival the previous persons rubbish was still under the said sink. The hotel has no facilities - no lounge no bar no restaurant no drink making facilities no TV if you wanted it. We had booked a Junior suite which was a room with a small double and single, a refrigerator and a single cupboard with 4 hangers. Each bed had a single pillow. The bathroom had the typical shower with no bath and no shower curtain found in most self catering arrangements. Every time 1 person showered the room was awash. No windows had shutters or curtains so we had to use eye masks. The balcony had standing room for 1 person the rest was an air con unit. The plus sides were the fact that there us air on if you want it, there is also wireless and it is well located. On our last day we were able to keep our room all day till transfer pick up as there were no incoming guests. My issue is that it is not a hotel and nor did we get a suite - junior or otherwise ! If it had been advertised as is then I would not have chosen it as a hotel. Unfortunately as it had no cutlery/ utensils etc it falls between 2 stools so we couldn't adapt to self cater either. The staff and family running are very sweet - this is about expectations and descriptions which were a total mismatch for us

Υπέροχη θέα απο τα μπαλκόνια προς το λιμάνι, κακές επιλογές ανακαίνισης και θέσεων μονάδων κλιματιστικών. Με μικρού κόστους τεχνικές παρεμβάσεις, θα μπορούσε να είναι πολύ καλύτερο. Μύριζε μούχλα ο χώρος της κουζίνας και το μπάνιο χωρίς εξαερισμό. Άριστη και φιλική η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού. Γενικής μείνανε καλές εντυπώσεις.

Hotelrommene var ikke bra men bra beliggenhet!
Ikke fornøyd med rommene, bestilte rom med balkong men fikk et rom med vindu og en bakgård , som så ut som en luftegård i et fengsel, jeg hadde bestilt på nettet men skulle gjøre om min bestilling, da måtte jeg ringe til Hotels.com og gjøre det om over telefon. Jeg spurte flere ganger om at jeg nå fikk et rom med balkong, og svaret var ja.Jeg hadde en gratis bonusnatt jeg tenkte og bruke på dette hotellet, siden jeg hadde bestilt på nettet så var denne bonusen brukt opp , måtte betale dette døgnet selv.Min kone og jeg var på ferie 25 mil en veg unna dette hotellet for og ha koselig kveld, kommer dit en skikkelig nedtur,sorry dette var veldig dårlig hotels.com

Great place in the center
This is the place to stay if you're looking for an inexpensive hotel with a great view in the perfect location. If you're looking for a 5 star resort with all the amenities, then some other place at 4x the price outside of town would probably suit you better. We booked the room view and had a wonderful time drinking wine and take-away gyros on our balcony, watching all the action down below. The hotel staff was among the nicest and most accommodating of any hotel I've been too, which I think is saying a lot since I've been to over 100 countries. He offered to help carry bags and strollers and most anything else up stairs. He found me a gym close by so I could work out. And countless other small things. I highly recommend this nice hotel

At the harbor and that's all.
We booked a king bed sea view room and got a full bed. I asked about the bed size and the reply was we need to change that, the bed was so small I slept on the couch bench alone, and my wife and daughter slept in the bed. The sinks were dirty and the drain in the bathroom backed up when you showered. There were no amenities TV, radio, hair dyer nothing. We were not very amused and the free parking is just public parking on the street.

La situation est parfaite, mais ce n'est pas ce que j'appelle un hôtel et encore moins un trois étoile ! C'est plutôt un ensemble des petits appartements avec une cuisine constituée uniquement d'un évier et d'un réfrigérateur. Pas de possibilité de cuisiner, ni de se réchauffer un plat ! Ameublement spartiate et rustique. Confort minimal. Pas de service de nettoyage. Pas de télé mais wifi. Pas de service de petit déjeuner. Pas de réception, le gérant est joignable sur un portable lorsqu'il est là. Le gérant ne parle pas anglais, mais est quand même très sympathique. Par contre très belle vue. On y est allé hors saison.

Bon accueil pour une belle chambre spacieuse avec vue magnifique sur le petit port. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas de double vitrage et le quartier très "animé" le soir avec de nombreux bars à musique à côté de l’hôtel. Le silence revient vers 4h du matin!

Für und wider...
Der Service des Hotels ist wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben zwei Wochen dort verbracht und haben uns insgesamt gut erholt - insbesondere die Lage am See und Hafen von Agios Nikolaos, der tolle Balkon mit Blick über den Hafen und das große luftige Zimmer haben uns gefallen. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel leider keinem Freund empfehlen. Insbesondere, weil die gegenüberliegende Dachdiskothek "Alexandros" jeden Tag bis morgens um 3-4 Uhr laute Musik gespielt hat, die auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern zu hören war. Mit Oropax und geschlossenen Fenstern war das in Ordnung, ohne nicht wirklich. Die Bars und Cafes an der Promenade beim Hotel haben dagegen gar nicht gestört, im Gegenteil zum Morgencafe oder spätem Drink waren sie wunderbar. Das Doppelbett war nur 1,40 m breit und hatte nur eine Matratze. Wir hätten ohne das weitere Bett im Zimmer keine Nacht gut geschlafen, weil es uns zu schmal war - aber das ist natürlich individuell unterschiedlich. Auch das sehr alte - aber saubere - Badezimmer müsste dringend renoviert werden. Z.B. die schlecht geflickten Stellen an der Toilettenschüssel haben es nicht besser gemacht. Auch hatte die ausgewiesene Küchenecke leider keine Herdplatte und es gab weder Besteck noch Geschirr, nur vier Gläser.
