Mycket välbeläget hotell
Rummet var rent och välordnat. Det var det billigaste rummet, och därmed litet och utan nämnvärd utsikt. De rum som har balkong ut mot hamnen får en ännu bättre upplevelse. Om man ska göra mer än bara stanna över natten så är det väl investerade pengar att boka ett rum med utsikt över hamnen. Hotellet är centralt beläget i utkanten av hamnområdet med nära till såväl restauranger som sevärdheter.

Överlag bra hotell!
Hotellet låg väldigt centralt precis vid hamnen. Trevlig personal, bra frukost. Dock var vi inte lika nöjda med rummet som var väldigt litet. Överlag nöjda med vistelsen

Fantastisk service
Jättenöjd med vistelsen. Personalen var jättetrevliga, bra frukost, mycket sköna sängar med flera stora kuddar var. Det enda som saknades var en pool, men det är nog läget i den gamla hamnen som gör att det inte finns.

Perfect location with a beautiful harbour view. Staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Our room was lovely and the bed was so big and comfy. Breakfast was amazing,great choices on offer with a good selection of hot and cold options The location is perfect for shopping and eating out and every restaurant is as good as the one before ,including the hotel itself . We will definitely be booking again for next year

Loved this place. Breakfast was excellent!! The desk staff we was over the top; helpful, friendly, and informative. They did everything to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable. The views, the best in Chania of the old port and for a lovely walk to the lighthouse. We would stay here again every time.

Loved this hotel with my whole heart
We had the BEST stay here. I’m so sad we only had 2 days in chania because this hotel was amazing. They treated us like kings our entire stay and we are already planning our next trip.

Out of all of the hotels we stayed out during our trip to Greece and Crete, this was our favorite. Do splurge for the port-side view room, it is worth it. The location can't be beat, and the breakfast buffet was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was a 3 minute walk to a host of shopping, restaurants and the "Old City" downtown. We highly recommend it.

I can't say enough good things about Porto Veneziano! The staff is incredible! So welcoming and accommodating! We had a wonderful room, balconies overlooking the old port, (so romantic!) wonderful food! breakfast was amazing!! everyone was so friendly and helpful, we would love to come back for more than the 3 days that we were there. Thank you for making our time with you so special!

Beautiful Chania
Great location at the end of the Venetian port. Heaps of choices for food, drinks, shopping and excursions. Although it’s in the heart of the vibrant old city the rooms are quiet with the balcony doors shut. Bed was comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.

We had a fantastic 1 night stay at this hotel, at check in we were informed we had been upgraded to a suite which had a big balcony over looking the port & we also received a free bottle of wine to enjoy in either our room, at the seating area outside or in the restaurant. We had it watching the sunset. The hotel is perfectly positioned on the quiet side of the port & a few minutes walk to the old town. There is also a small beach 5 mins walk with crystal clear water. The breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Chania.

Very well situated at the harbour in Chania. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Hotel looks to have been fully refurbished not too long ago. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Dined outside one evening and watched the sunset. Dinner was really good. I'm coeliac but this wasn't a problem. Had a lovely 3 course and breakfast in the morning had gluten free bread. Would definitely come back. The VIP wine was delicious. No upgrade on the room but it was mid August so will forgive them !

This property is incredible. It’s location is perfect for dining, strolling and shopping. It is a quiet and peaceful but right near everything. Even the Big Red Bus is a 5 minute walk. Included breakfast is delicious with both help yourself to various fresh items as well as a hot choice menu that changed daily. Excellent choice and can’t beat the price, location or wonderful staff!!

Great location and excellent service
This was our second stay in three weeks and just as wonderful as the first. All of the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The sea view rooms are lovely and the view is truly beautiful. Everything is a short stroll away, so the location is perfect. The hotel has a car park and taxis can drop you steps away from the entrance, so there is no struggling through the streets with your cases. The restaurant is excellent and breakfast was delicious. This is the best place to stay in Chania.

We arrived at 22:30, exhausted and hungry after a delayed flight, and were greeted by a very friendly young lady with the wekcome news that not only had we been upgraded to a seaview room, but the restaurant was still open! She immediately resrrved us a table while we took our luggage up to our room. Even at that late hour the service was excellent and the food delicious. I highly recommend the grilled shrimp. The room was beautiful and the view even better. It was great fun people and boat watching from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the airconditioning allowed us to sleep well, even during the heatwave. There are dozens of restaurants on the doorstep and it is a short stroll into the winding streets of the old town or along the seawall to the lighthouse. Tthe location is perfect. The small garden at the side of the hotel is a lovely, shady spot for a drink and icecream. This must be the loveliest place to stay in Chania.
