Bra all inclusive hotell. Familjevänligt.
Bra all inclusive hotell. Mycket trevlig personal. Rent och fräscht, trevlig strand och strandbar. Maten är mycket god men frukost-/lunch-/middagsmatsalen är dock aningen stressande, mycket folk och bullrigt.

We had a great stay at princess andriana. The service was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice and clean facilities. The animation team should have big thanks for their efforts.

Bra helhetsupplevelse
Fina rum, bra service, mycket trevlig personal, bra mat. Det negativa är att det exempelvis inte finns något snack att tillgå typ chips, jordnötter etc. Bara mat, kakor, tårtor och glass. Inget kaffe efter lunch/middag. Påfyllnad i rummets bar fungerade inte. Inloggning till WiFi får göras flera ggr per dag då man kopplas ur. Sen var det otroligt långsamt. Vill man vara inloggad hela tiden utan att logga in gång på gång så kostar det...:-( Information om att det ingick en middag i a la carte rest. Moonlight på takvåningen nämndes aldrig.

Great resort with fab animation
Great hotel. Location was ok but hotel had everything you needed. Front desk and animations staff were great but felt the male staff in restaurant were slack and not helpful. My main complaint was that for the 4 days of our stay we were unable to book any of the ala carte restaurants. We was told at check in that we could each have one complimentary dinner at each of the 3 restaurants but would needed to reserve them. So on check in I asked them to book my restaurants and was told there no availability for the duration of my stay, which felt like but of a scam. Other guests had same issues. It’s seemed guests that check in on weekend book up the restaurants for the week and if you check in midweek like us there was nothing available. This needs to change and maybe guests should only be allowed to book one or two days in advance to give everyone a fair chance. Having said that the main buffet restaurant was very good! The hotel should also consider having some better tv channels especially sport as we could not watch any football and neither did any of the hotel bars have screens.

Amazing. I was here with my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We went during half-term so there were a lot of kids but it was fine. The place is so huge that there are still plenty of quiet areas. The spa with a pool, hot tub (that could of been a little hotter), steam room and sauna were fantastic. The food options were great and I really loved the choice. You have to book the other restaurants before you arrive because I couldn’t get into any of them. Download the H club app before you get there. The entertainers where first class. They worked hard and brought such great vibes to the place. I wish them all the best in their future careers. Overall first class service, all the staff were so helpful and kind. I would recommend to anyone.

As far as the restaurants schedule we would like to inform you that from 07:00 until 00:00 there is always a place to eat, either at the main restaurant or at the snack bars by the pool and at the beach bar. Also there is always the choice for early breakfast, any time our guests need in case they have an excursion or their pick up early in the morning. Das Hotel ist wirklich schön und gut gepflegt! Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen in den Restaurants - vor allem im Hauptrestaurant - ist nicht das Beste; zB: - das Essen wird nicht wirklich warm gehalten - die Auswahl ist gerade beim Frühstück auf Engländer abgestimmt - nicht viel Abwechslung - nur trockenes und hartes Brot / Brötchen … Die Animation ist nicht empfehlenswert für Kinder! Wer abends die Show sehen möchte, muss dies ein Stück abseits schauen, wo es keine Bar gibt. Sehr ungemütlich.. Keine schönen Bars und zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten für Gäste.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very nice and the entertainment team is fantastic. BUT the food quality is terrible. It doesn’t deserve more than 3 stars hotel quality. Same food everyday and nothing special. The hotel is busy so you have no chance to book at A La Carte restaurants. The food repeats everyday and you eat same food twice a day.

Das Hotel und das Personal an sich sind Top. 1 Stern Abzug gab es für das Essen im Hotel. Leider ist das Essen dort nicht sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt zwar viel Auswahl, wir haben aber fast täglich nur Nudeln und Pommes gegessen, weil die einigermaßen gut waren.

Sehr gepflegte und saubere Anlage. Zimmer (nicht zum Pool) ruhig, geräumig und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und nett. Auswahl der Speisen ist groß und abwechslungsreich. Zu empfehlen ist das BBQ am Strand (nur Do und Sa, reservieren!). Wir (Vater & Tochter 10) haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Overall I would definitely recommend for a family week of chill and fun. From the plus sides: - Clean and well maintained - Friendly and attentive service - Very active entertainment crew, Matteo was a blast! - Variety of Sports activities - Well maintained pool area and the beach - Decent variety and quality of food in the main restaurant - Very nice Moonlight a la carte restaurant where you get one free dinner From the minus sides: - Two additional a la carte restaurants (Burger and Italian) are truly bad. Don't bother, just stick to the main one. - Water in the spa jacuzzi is lukewarm and the temperature in the sauna and steam room is way too low

A really nice hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. There is plenty of entertainment throughout the day and night for kids and adults too. The pool is nice and big and there are options for a private pool which was handy. There is also. Private beech connected to the hotel. My only critique would be that the food for lunch and dinner could be improved. We found it was quite repetitive and not always to a high standard. There are several al la carte restaurants on sight too, which were great, but are very hard to get a booking at. So best to book in advance. Also just to note that the hotel is about 1 hour from the airport so getting a taxi will cost about 100 euros from the airport.

Die Unterkunft ist schön & gut besucht. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Zimmer ist groß genug gewesen, nur fanden wir die Aufteilung bzw. die Einrichtung nicht ganz passend. Fangen wir im Bad an, hier gibt es zwei Waschbecken, wo man den einen nicht wirklich nutzen kann, da die Toilette sofort hinter einem ist. Die Badewanne fanden wir zum Duschen unpassend & eng. Die Scheibe war leider auch nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen, da daneben trotzdem alles nass wurde. Empfehlung ein großes Waschbecken & eine Dusche. Das Zimmer war soweit schön, nur die zwei kleinen Fernseher fanden wir unnötig & sobald man den einen Fernseher ausschalten wollten, ging manchmal der andere an. Das Bett war sehr bequem, haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Couch war auch gut, nur haben wir diese gar nicht genutzt, da wir immer draußen waren. Die Minibar war gut gefüllt, aber nur alle zwei Tage. Empfehlung: ein großer Fernseher gegenüber dem Bett. Und tägliche Minibar Auffüllung. Wasserflaschen zu Verfügung stellen. Wir sind jeden Tag zum Supermarkt um die Ecke & haben uns dort Wasser gekauft. Was schade ist, wenn man schon All Inclusive gebucht hat. Der eigene Pool war cool, groß & eiskalt. Als Empfehlung: die Zimmer anders aufteilen, Paare & Familien trennen. Viele machen nur einmal im Jahr Urlaub & ständig das Geschrei möchte man auch nicht haben (Erfahrung). Empfehlung Essen: mehr Auswahl anbieten, erst recht bei den Snackbars. Beschriftung der Speisen & weniger Fleisch (gefühlt war überall Wurst drinnen)!
