The hotel is close to Oia (but not in the middle of the action which is good), the hotel is quite large and consists of many small mini villas / rooms. The hotel feels luxurious and with superb service, maybe a little impersonal. Some of the photos shown from the hotel are from the most luxurious suites at the bottom of the sea with infinity pool with stunning views. We were upgraded to a suite with its own jacuzzi. On the day of your check-out and until your departure from our hotel, your luggage was stored in our Luggage Room. This room is locked and the only people with access are members of our team who escort our guests in the room to leave or collect their personal items. It is important to mention that our team is highly trained and reliable and that no other item has ever been reported missing from our Luggage Room. Following our initial communication when you informed us that a clothing item was lost, we paid special attention in the search for it, while being in constant communication with you for all updates. Unfortunately, no such item was retrieved. We sympathize with you and understand your frustration. However, you can be reassured that we did everything possible to find your son’s tee in the event of being forgotten in your suite or our premises.
