Concernant vos commentaires sur les chats, nous tenons à souligner que l'hôtel est situé au milieu d'un village crétois traditionnel et qu'il y a naturellement des chats qui passent. En entrant dans notre réception, il y a un signe clair que les chats ne sont pas vaccinés, qu'ils n'appartiennent pas à l'hôtel et que nos clients sont priés de ne pas les nourrir. Cependant, il y a des clients qui les nourrissent et c'est la raison pour laquelle ils reviennent sans cesse, même si nous essayons de les éloigner de l'hôtel. S'agissant d'un hôtel totalement intégré à la vie d'un village crétois traditionnel, nos hôtes verront passer des hirondelles, des abeilles, des guêpes et des chats et les retours que nous recevons généralement sont que cela ajoute au charme du lieu. Dear valuable guest, Firstly, let us thank you for spending your holiday at Spilia Village Hotel and for taking the time to post this review. It is pleasing to see that you valued most of the elements of your stay, like our dedicated staff, our rich and varied breakfast buffet and our spacious and very clean rooms. However we are very disappointed to read your review and to see that we didn't succeed in fulfilling your expectations due to some issues you mentioned. In regards to some inconveniences brought along during your stay concerning the shortage of water for a couple of hours, we would like to mention that there were some public works taking place in the village those days, in order to improve the water system of the whole area, which unfortunately affected some of our rooms and villas. Luckily, the above mentioned works have now been completed! Regarding our gardens, especially the one in the pool area, they are one of the elements we are really proud of, since we have constructed our establishment in a way that fully respects the nature that surrounds us and it is full of orange trees, lemon trees, arokarias and other local species of plants and flowers. It is only natural that from time to time there are some fruits on the ground. Nevertheless, we will into your comments about a plastic bottle and some tools on the ground and our housekeeping department will be briefed accordingly. Besides that, please let us mention that the photos represent the hotel just as it and they are no different to reality. Having stated the above, we would like you to know that all of your comments are important to us and we assure you that we will look into them with great care as we always try to improve our standards and levels of service.
