The best place to stay on Santorini, everything about Stelios place is incredible and makes for the perfect holiday. It is the only place I would stay next time I return to Santorini and will recommend to friends and family members for their visits!

Stelios Place is located in the perfect spot just outside the hustle and bustle in the village of Perissa, next to the beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The host, Katerina, and her family treated us like we were part of their family. Their treatment towards us, even before arriving in Santorini, was super special. Katerina coordinated our transportation from the port to the hotel; from the hotel to Oía Village; and to the port with no issues. About the hotel: The rooms were extremely clean, the AC worked perfectly, the shower with hot water was spot on, and the pool was very beautiful. I highly recommend Stelios Place if you want to have a peaceful vacation in Santorini. I give Stelios Place a rating of 10/10 and an A .

It was a lovely stay, the beach is a minutes walk from the property with a lovely variety of dining options. Katerina was very lovely and they had wonderful hospitality and was very informative about the Island in general. Would highly recommend!!! What makes this place unique I think is the family that run the place! They are very kind.

Stelio’s Place was perfect for our vacation!! The staff was wonderful and made you feel at home. The rooms were quaint, quiet and had that perfect Greek feel. The swimming pool was super clean and perfect temperature for July. It’s just a few steps from the beach, food, and all the local shops. I could not have picked a better place. We left there feeling like we had great friends down at the Wishbone Char Grill Restaurant and our morning coffee from Tutti Frutti.

Where do I begin.... this property is top notch! The property and hotel is beautiful, nice rooms with balcony's and wonderful pool set up. The staff is amazing! Katerina was extremely helpful the entire time from booking transfers for us to and from the airport to having a rental car delivered right to the hotel for us. This property is within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance from this hotel. If you are looking for a stress-free vacation to simply put your feet up, relax and not worry then this is the place for you!

Pasamos espectacular en Stelios place. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y muy limpio. El personal fue muy amable y nos dieron muchos consejos. Además está a 200 metros de una de las mejores playas que fuimos en Santorini (que no nos parecieron las mejores playas de Grecia).

Very basic, great option for people that don’t plan to stay in the room except to shower and sleep. Excellent location, 2 min walk to black beach with ample eating varieties of your choice. The staff is super pleasant and the place is very clean.

The wonderful and efficient daughter of this lovely family business, called Katarina, was a huge assistance replying to my email enquiring if we could arrive in the early hours of the morning as our flight landed at 00:30. Arriving so late was no problem. It was a huge comfort and help that Katarina booked us transport from the airport to Stelios Place. The transport driver was an extremely nice person too. A brilliant first night in wonderful Greece. Thank you forever Katarina and Stelios Place.

Stelios was a GREAT value for the price!! I would definitely stay there again. The room was clean, the pool area was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were lacking-we didn’t have coffee or a phone lol! And the reception area is closed at night but for the price, it surpassed our expectations

Alles Perfekt trotz CORONA
Wir haben in diesem sehr netten, kleinen Hotel vom 11.-18.9.2020 trotz CORONA eine wunderbare Woche verlebt. Alles war sauber, die Gastgeberfamilie war supernett, wir bekamen frische Feigen aus dem eigenen garten oder ein Glas Wein an den Pool gereicht. Oft hatten wir den Pool für uns alleine, zum Strand waren es maximal 100m und die beste Fischtaverne der Insel "Fratzeskos" erreichten wir nach einem 5 Minuten Spaziergang. Wir kommen wieder.

Chambre très propre, située à deux pas de Perissa Beach. Piscine impeccable, les proprios sont adorables et très serviables. Le seul bémol serait le fait que les murs ne sont pas très epais, on entend parfois ce qui se passe chez les voisins et dans le couloir. Restauration fermée pour cause de covid donc prévoir de quoi faire ses courses.

le personnel est très agréable , l’emplacement est très bien situé juste à côté de la plage, des commerces et des locations de voiture. Les propriétaires nous ont conseillé sur les endroits à visiter. Ils nous ont réservé un taxi pour nous rendre au port et nous ont indiqué le prix à payer. Nous avons fait l’erreur de prendre un taxi au départ de l’aéroport sans les prévenir et nous avons donc payé la course 10 euros de plus .... nous recommandons cet endroit.

Excellent stay in every way!
Wonderful location! Quiet, half a block to the beach! Sparkling clean room and facilities, comfortable bed, lovely little balcony and friendly and helpful host. My husband and I were picked up from the airport when we arrived in Santorini and dropped off at the ferry terminal when we left. We arrived early and were able to store our suitcases in a secure locker until our early check in time. Highly recommended!

This property is great we had a car so it was easy for us to get there. There is free parking off the premises. Or else you would have to book for at least 3 nights to get the free pickup/drop off. The beach is literally a 2 minute wall which was super convenient and its right on a strip of beach restaurants, cafes and shops which makes for a great night stroll. We spent a day at the beach and had lunch there which included an umbrella and two beach chairs for the whole day. If u dont buy food they charge about 10 euros which is still affordable. The first day we spent at the hotel it was too late for the beach so we went to their pool which was such a great thing to have especially if you dont want to go to the beach. There is a great local bakery (irina bakery) near by. Was a great stay to get away from the hustle of the other side of santorini and spend time beachside

Wir waren bedauerlicherweise lediglich eine Nacht in Stelios Place, da wir zuvor eine Woche in einer Unterkunft in Firostefani gebucht hatten. Mein Mann und ich haben nach unserer Ankunft sehr bedauert, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Stelios, seine Frau und vor allem seine sehr herzliche und freundliche Tochter waren auf den ersten Blick extrem sympatisch und die Damen haben uns ganz toll empfangen. Die Hotelanlage selbst ist sehr schön und gemütlich und tatsächlich lediglich wenige Schritte vom schönen Perissa Beach entfernt, der viel ruhiger und gemütlicher ist, als Kamari Beach. Die Poolanlage und die Liegen sind wunderschön und laden zum Verweilen ein. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, unser Gepäck in einem Raum mit abschließbaren Schränken zu verwahren, bis unser Zimmer fertig war (wir kamen morgens an). In der Zwischenzeit haben wir am Pool entspannt und sind an den Strand gegangen. Als wir zurückgekehrt sind, war unser Zimmer auch schon fertig und wir wurden von der netten Tochter sowie dem bezaubernden, sehr niedlichen Hund Mylo zum Zimmer gebracht. Dieses war sehr sauber und sehr geräumig. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt (sehr sauberes Badezimmer mit genug Ablagefläche, Schrank mit sehr viel Stauraum (den wir bei einer Nacht natürlich gar nicht benötigten, einem Kühlschrank, Weinöffner :), einem großen, gemütlichen Balkon und einem extrem bequemen Bett. Diese Unterkunft ist definitiv wärmstens zu empfehlen und eine Perle in Perissa!

Comme je l'avais déjà lu le personnel est très accueillant, souriant. On se sent chez nous en famille. L hôtel est propre, bien entretenu et a 2 m a pied de la plage !!
