Good room & great service
The best part of this hotel is that it’s adults only and the staff is fantastic. Very nice and service minded. Our room was good (as it was beyond floor - ask for that) and the pool was nice and felt clean. Breakfast had a big selection and great coffee. The food in both the regular restaurant and the pool restaurant was very good. Bring beach shoes as there are big rocks on the beach (not so much sand). The only problem with this hotel was that the totally despicable behaviour of ”claiming” sun chairs with towels (and then not using them for a long time) was accepted and not prohibited.

Fint vuxenhotell.
Snyggt rent och välordnat vuxenhotell som ligger på strandsidan. Mycket god och välsorterad frukost i en oklanderlig miljö, väldigt vänlig restaurangchef som såg till att alla hade det bra. Fint polimråde med gott om plats för alla ingen paxade några solsängar under våran vistelse, skönt! Fin stenstrand och servering även vid solstolarna. God och vällagad mat till vettiga priser. Gymet var snarare motionsrum.

A perfect hotel for couples or families with children over 16 years old since the hotel does not allow children younger than that. Perfect location and nice food. Pool and beach right their within the hotel’s area.

Vi hade beställt juniorsviten eftersom det stod i rumsbeskrivningen att det skulle finnas bubbelbadkar på rummet, vilket det inte alls gjorde - mycket besvikna

Fantastisk semester, återvänder gärna
Mycket trevligt hotell där du som gäst sätts i centrum, vi hade halvpension o maten på kvällen var fantastisk. Du får välja mellan flera olika val till samtliga rätter. Bjuds också på mousserande vin o soppa innan din 4-röttersmiddagen serveras. Servicen med personal som var mycket duktiga på engelska var också toppen. Tillgång till strandhanddukar som kan bytas varje dag uppskattades också. Trevliga balkonger att sitta på en stund innan middagen. Kylskåp och safteybox på rum är också bra. De ordande också så att vi fick behålla ett rum sista dagen då vi hade sen utcheckning.

Utmärkt hotell med toppen personal.
Jättefint hotell precis vid stranden. Fantastiskt rent även utomhus i och runt poolen. Underbar frukost tom. med mousserande vin! Skönt att slippa barn runt och i poolen då hotellet är för endast vuxna.All personal på hotellet var väldigt trevliga och positiva!!!

Allt var fantastiskt, vi vart endast besvikna på maten när vi en kväll beställde a la carte från Elaion. Då provade vi både kött, soppa, pasta och pilgrimsmusslor /kam-musslor. Inget av detta var tyvärr bra. Men annars är precis allt(!) med hela hotellet /resorten super!!! Det är ju även ett Blue Couple hotell med 18-års gräns så man slipper alla småbarnsfamiljer . Lugnt, städat , snyggt, seriöst och skönt.

Härligt hotell
Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse på Thalassa Beach Resort. När vi kom fram blev vi uppgraderade till en juniorsvit utan extra kostnad då hotellet inte var fullbelagt. Det är ett väldigt lugnt vuxenhotell med bra service och trevlig personal. Poolområdet är toppen, och hotellet har en privat del av stranden. Frukosten var väl tilltagen och vällagad.

Kunde inte varit bättre! Enda lilla klagomålet skulle vara att det inte fanns någon ventilation i det annars fina badrummet, så det blev immigt när man duschade...

Ett RIKTIGT bra hotell!
Ska du åka på en lugn, avkopplande och romantisk semester har du nu hittat rätt hotell! Att efter 11 nätters vistelse inte kunna komma på en enda sak att klaga på, säger en hel del om hotellets standard. Frukostbuffen är stor och alltid färska och fräscha råvaror, personalen är verkligen hjälpsam och vill att du som gäst ska få en positiv upplevelse, rummen fräscha och städade. Totalt sett är det troligen ett av det bästa hotell jag bott på!!!! :)

Sea view we got was not really sea view, but after complaining we got a perfect room wtih direct access to the pool and the sea, and also with a view over the sea and pool bar. A really nice relaxing place, even though its quite far from the normal turist places, which we however thought was a very good thing. Not much to do in the neighbourghood tho. However, if yuo wanna chill, read a book and sunbathe this is a nice place. The WIFI is slow and costs extra. I think this should be included... Im pleased. But if breakfast would have been better it would have been a 4 instead of a 3.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were amazing. Especially the evening restaurant manager who, with the help of the chef, daily came up with meal options not on the menu to suit my diet needs (I did not request for this to happen). It was the first time I had stayed in an adult only hotel. I really enjoyed the quietness, feeling of being safe and facilities. The hotel was in a very convenient position for public transport and in easy reach of Chania.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. location was excellent with option of comfortable lounges by the big pool or on the beach. short walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Staff throughout the resort were friendly and accommodating. Marvelous evening entertainment by the pool bar with a master violinist. Adults only also a big bonus. This was our favourite resort in 3 weeks of island hopping through Greece

Dejligt hotel med god service
En dejligt hotel lige ud til vandet. Fint antal liggestole ved pool og strand. Personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme. Fin morgenmadsbuffet og god frokost. Hotellet var flot og rengøringen var fin. Bus tæt på der kører direkte til Chania. Alt i alt en god oplevelse

Wonderful hotel stay.
Crete is a great vacation spot, lots of choices for supper and with a car great day spots for all time great beaches. Thalassa beach resort is one of those great hotels that fit in the right spot of the Chania area.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, great selection and even prosecco! Lovely pool area with loungers, fresh fruit in the mornings and the sunset cocktails served by Manos were great. We were dissapointed by our room which was an internal room which was not obvious during the booking process. It got very warm and was unpleasant to not be able to open a window and let fresh air in. We had been looking forward to sitting on our balcony enjoying a glass of wine but it's not quite the same when it's inside.

The staff are superb and go out of their way to accommodate you with a smile. Unfortunately some of the gloss came off for us as we were put in room 315 which was dreadful. It is an inside room right above a 24hr reception and near the kitchen. It has no natural light or windows. When you open the balcony you hear every conversation, every phone ring, the kitchen preparing the breakfast and people in the lobby. The curtains in the room also don’t block out the 24 hour lit reception so be prepared to sleep very little if you get this room. I complained immediately and asked for a room change but the hotel was fully booked and they could not accommodate me for a few days and even then we would have had to move a total 3 times to get the room type we paid for. I gave feedback to the general manager at the end of our stay and as all the staff she was really wonderful. She said they were aware this wasn’t the best of rooms and would try to get it restricted so that it couldn’t be booked. She gave us some complimentary drinks and a some Greek goodies to take home which was appreciated. For me sleep is important as well as comfort. Had we known this is the room we would have received I can honestly say we would have selected another hotel. Please note that should we have had a decent room this would have thumbs up all around.

View from our sea view room was fantastic. Room was comfortable and housekeeping ladies were friendly. All staff at the resort was very friendly and greated you daily.The beach was fantastic and it was nice that they had an "Easy access to the sea" sign with an arrow as other areas have large rocks. The free buffet breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food. The only two things that we didn't like.... 1) pool water was cold 2) the hot tub was not a hot tub, it was a cool tub, with cold water running through the jets. Why have that? If you wanted to cool off, jump into the cold pool.!

This hotel was fabulous ! We stayed one week here and would definitely recommend . It’s close to everything and just a 20 minute cab ride to Old Town. The service was exceptional!
