Wonderful memories made here!
Came for an 8 day stay in early June. Two teen girls 18 and 14 yrs, their mother and us grandparents. The property is well taken care of and was very clean. The view alone will bring you back. Just breathtaking! The pool was refreshing and grounds were beautiful. The place looked better than the pictures! Kitchen was well equipped. Air conditioning worked wonderfully.The sunset from the upstairs balcony is glorious! There was a cat that welcomed us home every day! We spent mornings and evenings on the spacious patio eating and talking about our day. Went to a different beach everyday and it was easy finding your way around the island. You must rent a car because you are away from the cities and itâs steep going anywhere, but driving on the island is relatively easy. The road to the house is steep but you get used to driving it. Bathrooms could use electrical sockets(we had 4 females). And it would have been good to have mirrors on the wall in the twin bedroom and middle bedroom. Bed mattresses were very hard and twin beds you could feel the bed springs. This may not matter as much for a few nights stay, or if you have younger kids, but we stayed 8 nights. There is a wonderful bakery between Maria O and the outskirts of Glossa by the small supermarket. We ate there twice and stopped by for sweets too! And there are restaurants at the port that are wonderful. Good memories were made here and we will remember Skopelos most fondly! Thank you!
