Southeastern Utah National Parks and State Parks
The location was great & the house was well appointed. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Welcome folder well stocked with local information, luxurious towels, well equipped kitchen and as an added bonus we were greeted with fresh fruit , bagels & cream cheese! Oops , Forgot about freezer packs, yay If we come this way again I would plan to stay here . Thanks

Great house and location
This was our second time staying here. Great communication. Everything was clean and ready along with some fruit and bagels/muffins for breakfast from the host. Easy to work with and we will definitely be back again.

Great Home Base
We toured from coral reef/goblin valley to canyon land/Arches, and this was the perfect home base. After a long day of hiking and adventuring, we were able to come back to a comfortable and cute home to relax. Yolanda provide little extras like fruits and muffins and ice packs to get us started. She was a wonderful host in this green river gem. Until next time!

A great experience
Our family stayed a week at Yvonne's and did a lot of outdoor activities, mainly using the house for sleeping and breakfast. Very clean, well maintained, plenty of hot water and cool A/C and well-equipped kitchen. The cooler, freezer packs, charcoal, provided soaps and laundry supplies are great benefits to this property if you are traveling in by plane and having to "buy everything" after you get to town and intend to do a lot of outdoor activities/travel in the area. Beautiful flowers were beginning to bloom along the drive, nice morning and evening sits on the porch. Also enjoyed the 1950's Saturday Evening Post magazines. Honestly one of the best rental experiences we've had. Highly recommend!

Great property

Beautiful home
This was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with more food than we have ever seen before. The only downside was that we had to call the day we arrived to get the access code to the home.

Great home base for adventures
We stayed the weekend and it was a perfect home base for riding our side by sides. The house was clean, had all the necessities we may need, and there was even a little something there for breakfast. Fantastic communication from the hosts before hand and an easy and simple check out process. We will definitely be back.

Cozy, relaxing home in beautiful landscape
We arrived and the house was absolutely beautiful inside, super clean, warm and inviting. We didn't want to leave this peaceful place and the owner generously let us stay an extra day. The local BLM land is spectacular.

Wonderful Home, Highly Recommend
Beautiful home, immaculate with everything we needed. Very comfortable and homey. Perfect location for us - we visited Arches, Canyonlands and Capitol Reef, and did a rafting tour on the Colorado River (through Navtec) which was amazing. Great communication with the owner who checked in with us to see if we needed anything else (we didn’t). Thank you Yvonne for sharing your beautiful home, we had an awesome week!

Loved our stay!!
Loved our stay in Green River! The house was comfortable & perfect as a home base to relax after a long day visiting the parks. We really appreciated the amenities provided. It was great knowing that we food available for breakfast the day after arrival. Yvonne provides everything needed for a great stay with recommendations for grocery shopping to dining! Would return if ever in the area again!

Green River Stay
We had 4 adults and 3 kids stay here for 2 nights prior to embarking on a canoe/camping trip that left from Green River. The home was great - clear, updated, and very comfortable. This house has a nice, grassy, shaded yard which the kids really enjoyed and which provided good atmosphere for the home. We cooked at the house but could have walked to the few restaurants in town. Everything in the listing was accurate. We felt it was much nicer staying here than in a hotel. Highly recommended.

Strategic Place to Visit National Parks (Southern Utah)
My husband and I enjoyed staying at the house in Green River. The house is clean, comfy, and cozy. The owners provided us with everything we needed and made us feel at home, as well as information about Green River, interesting places to visit in the city, off-roads, and National Parks. We had the opportunity to go to Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, and Archers National Parks, the Dead Horse State Park, the Carbon Corridor, off-roads, and the USU Eastern Prehistoric Museum in Price. The parks are amazing and the museum is very interesting and a place of learning. We appreciate the hospitality of the owners.

OUTDOOR PERSONS PLAYGROUND was a perfect jumping-off spot for our adventures. We drove and hiked north, south, east and west, and each evening had a clean, cool place to come home to. We visited during a heat wave (with strong winds tossed in), and what a relief it was to return at the end of the day! The beds are comfortable, the fridge had water and ice (and bread and butter), and we were even able to use the Roku to watch an NBA championship game. A wonderful place.

Trip to Arches and Canyonland NP
Fantastic. Green River is a small town, so it is easy to get to the house off of I 70. The house is convenient to 3 of the Big 5 national parks in Utah. The house is spacious, very clean, stocked with every convenience item a traveler could need. Great WIFI. ROKU and NEXFLIX. Yvonne was in constant communication and quickly answered any question asked. If I have a need to be in the Green River area again, this would be my first accommodation choice.

Green River Getaway
What a great place! The hosts thought of everything and more for their guests upon arrival. Coffee, Bagels, muffins all the starts to get our vacation off right. Accommodations were fresh, clean and comfortable. The granddaughter loved the 2nd floor master suite. We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood....we sure hope Green River comes to life for additional activities near, but with Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Goblin Valley, Dead Horse point all within an hour or so....PERFECT LOCATION!

Impeccably spotless!
Previous reviews from others are accurate, this home is impeccably spotless! I can’t recall ever staying in another rental home that was this clean. Super comfortable beds, full amenities in the kitchen, excellent communication from the host! We very much enjoyed our stay, and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, warm and inviting place to stay.!

Our stay here was perfect. The owner was so helpful and generous providing a big bowl of fruit, bagels, english muffins, and more and making sure we had everything we might need. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and midway between several State and National Parks. We enjoyed Goblin Valley State Park , Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park.

Great place to stay in Green River!
At the last minute we booked this property for a fall break get away for our family. It was a perfect place to stay to see the amazing sites of the area. We hit Goblin Valley one day and Arches and Dead Horse Point the next. Fossil Point was a fun adventure too. Yvonne was very responsive and accommodating. The place we recently remodeled and was very comfortable. You might want to bring some earplugs for the late night trains blowing that blow their horns. We will definitely stay here again. Perfect wedding stay
We reserved Yvonne's home for a family wedding on the shores of Swasey's Beach. We'd never been to Green River and didn't know what to expect. The Green River area has unlimited natural beauty, but the town itself is a bit neglected. However, Yvonne's lovely home is an oasis! The house worked perfectly for us, from the complete kitchen to the wonderful furnishings. We can unequivocally recommend this house, and you will enjoy working with Yvonne.

What a special home!!

A small town with not much to do but away from crowded Moab. The home is wonderful and a bright spot in town. A 44 minute drive to the parks.

Great location
The house is a great location for hitting the National and state parks. House is clean and has pretty much everything you need. It felt great to come back after a hot day of hiking and be able to relax. The beds were all super comfortable and we slept great!! Highly recommended staying here!! Yvonne was a great at communicating and even got a crockpot for us when we inquired about one. Fantasy host!

A hidden Gem
What a great place to stay. The host from the time I booked the property to the end of our stay, was easily accessible to any questions or concerns. Everything went smoothly throughout entire stay. Best VRBO we have ever rented, this home and all that it has to offer, is an excellent choice for quiet, comfort & close proximity to many hidden scenic areas. If you want to avoid the crowds in Moab, this is your place! 40 minutes to Arches N.P., 60 minutes to Goblin Valley State Park, 45 minute to Canyonlands & Dead Horse State Park. The house itself is extremely clean with many extra supplies waiting for you. The owners are very eager to make sure you have a great vacation & can easily be reached by text or phone for any questions. The beds are very comfortable & there is a great grocery store right in town. BOOK THIS PLACE TODAY, YOU WILL HAVE YOUR BEST VACATION EVER!!!!

Kimberlee was the best guest we could have wished for. I am so glad her and her husband had so much fun. They literally was able to see more than we have. They left the house extremely clean. I hope they come back. Thank you so much Kim!

Quiet and comfortable
The house was quiet and comfortable. The decor was very tasteful, with artwork from the different national parks. The house was well supplied. My only complaint is that there is no door to the upper bedroom, making it harder to regulate the temperature and decreasing privacy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little getaway!
This property was great! We really enjoyed being centrally located to so many things. We enjoyed Arches, Canyonland, and Goblin Valley during our stay. The hosts were so thoughtful and Yvonne even texted me on our first day to make sure we arrived safely. The house was well equipped with everything you could need. We really appreciated the special touches like having a few breakfast foods and fruit there for us, laundry supplies, plenty of dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. After a long day of hiking and exploring it was great to have space to spread out and relax. Netflix and Disney+ available on TV was great too. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Peaceful and relaxing
Great place to recover from a crazy year. Lots of nice touches. Enough room for 5 comfortably and 2 full bathrooms! Plenty of parking and great views to the Book Cliffs. Trains are far enough away to be soothing, and no Interstate noise. A week here was blissful! Great kitchen with everything to bake cookies even. Come to Green River and live it all behind for a while.
