I had prepaid for a king sweet and got a double with soggy wet carpet. The manager has reached out saying they will refund my money and take the room out of circulation until properly fix. Ide like to know how room service didnt notice it...did they actually clean the room?”

“I and my wife stayed here one night, my wife have a wheel chair and the staff could not get her a plastic chair or something to sit on when she toke a shower, I asked if we could take one from the pool, but they said no, but I did it anyway. ”
