“We were lucky enough to arrive on a bright, sunny day, highlighting the beautiful view from the Seamill Hydro, which was a great start. We checked in slightly early to be told that our room was already available so we were able to unpack abd then make the most of the swimming pool, before getting ready for dinner. “The room was very cold when we arrived, so we tried turning on the heating, which was off, but that only made the room colder. We endured for two days, then had to tell someone at reception. We were told someone would check the heating while we were out and, if they couldn’t fix it, we would get a portable heater and our room would be nice and warm when we returned. It was not. ”

“A good hotel with of potential. A very unfriendly receptionist (female) in the morning when we were about to extend our stay. I had to raise my voice to get what we had been promissed. Strange! The breakfast was poor and had a small selection which we found was a little strange because of the ratings. We were also very sad about that we were not allowed to bring any food to the room from outside of the hotel?!”
