Hello Agustin! Yes, we do required a cc to put on file for incidentals. When guest pre-pay with third party reservations you pay them and then they put your funds on to their card which is virtual, so there for we have no physical card from the guest checking in directly with the hotel. We do not automatically charge incidentals. The card is just put on file and no one has access to it besides the trained front desk representative and will not be charged at all as long as the room is in good condition when the guest leave. We do apologize if you felt this was off but it is in fact our policy as well as many other hotels. We hope you have a great day and hope you will give us another try if ever in the area again.
