“This was the second time staying at College Town. It is a great location and very convenient to downtown and stadium. A short Uber ride!! Also super convenient to Publix (for groceries) and Dunkin Donuts (for breakfast and coffee). The unit was very neat and clean. We stayed on a football weekend and the only drawback was loud music playing next door the night of the game. It was really loud from 1:30-3:00 am. But I expect that in a college town on game day. “The entire experience once booked was extremely positive. The house is well maintained with lots of character, open concept, and in a great location. The owner has provided plenty of information to ensure that you don't need to hunt around and all tastefully done. There were multiple check-ins before, once your stay has started, and after the stay ends. Highly recommend giving this property a stay.”
