  • Welcome to The Bird House, a beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bath retreat just minutes from Downtown Greenville and I-85. With a flexible split-level layout, modern finishes, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces, this home is ideal for family vacations, wedding guests, business travelers, sporting events, and group getaways.

    The bright main level was designed for gathering and connection. Relax in the comfortable living room with a Smart TV, enjoy meals around the dining table, or cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a large island with seating. Whether you're starting the day with coffee or winding down after exploring Greenville, the home's open layout makes spending time together easy.

    A half flight of stairs leads to the upper level, where you'll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Two additional queen bedrooms share a full hall bathroom, and one bedroom includes a dedicated workspace for guests working remotely during their stay.

    A half flight down from the main level is a private lower level featuring a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a third full bathroom, and a dedicated laundry room. This separate space is ideal for guests seeking additional privacy.

    Outside, you'll find one of the home's standout features—a large, fully fenced backyard designed for relaxing and gathering. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit beneath mature trees, grill dinner on the back deck, or simply unwind in the peaceful outdoor setting. String lights and ample seating create an inviting atmosphere for spending time together after a day in Greenville.

    Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the included Pack 'n Play. Dogs are welcome to join your stay! The fully fenced backyard makes it easy to enjoy time outdoors with your four-legged travel companions. Please include all pets when booking so applicable pet fees are applied correctly.

    Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use. Guests may stream using their personal accounts on the Smart TVs; cable service is not provided. The garage is not available to guests, but ample driveway parking is provided.

An Absolutely Wonderful Stay!Our stay was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, and their beautifully decorated home was spotless, comfortable, and inviting. It was clear that they had thoughtfully considered everything guests might need, making us feel welcome and right at home.Each bedroom was generously supplied with washcloths and towels, with extras conveniently available in the bathrooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable—not too soft or too firm, but just right for a restful night’s sleep. We especially appreciated the charming personal touches, including two peppermint patties in every room as part of the turn-down service.The home was wonderfully stocked with snacks, bottled water, sodas, and thoughtful essentials throughout. The kitchen was especially impressive, with high-quality cookware, dinnerware, silverware, an abundance of spices, and a Keurig complete with coffee and all the condiments. Every shower also had shower gel available, which was a convenient touch.There are two TVs—one in the primary bedroom and one in the open-concept living room—but we never missed having TVs in the other bedrooms. The kitchen and living room created a warm, welcoming space for family meals and quality time together, while the spacious layout gave everyone room to relax privately when needed. Having multiple bathrooms with showers was another major convenience for our group.Backyard and amenities was perfect.
