    Pettigru House sits in the heart of Greenville’s historic Pettigru District, a quiet neighborhood of charming early 1900s homes, many of which have been lovingly restored into offices and small businesses. Days here move slower: think porch sitting, tree lined streets, and true Southern hospitality, all just a short walk or drive from everything downtown Greenville has to offer, including Falls Park and the shops and restaurants on Main Street. You may occasionally hear road noise from the front porch, but it doesn’t carry inside the home.

This house was perfect. It had everything we needed and every room was beautiful. Staying here Made our first visit to Greenville truly enjoyable! The location is walking distance to the arena and swamp rabbit trail. I really appreciated the coffee (!) and easy keypad on door and easy checkout. This is our favorite place!

Absolutely loved this property! House was adorable and extremely clean; had everything we needed for our stay, and plenty of parking. The house is close enough to downtown that we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants; yet situated on a quiet street where we could enjoy peaceful visits on the front porch. Neighbors were quiet and kind, we always felt safe in this area. Super easy check-in/check-out with great communication from host. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family Wedding Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable for all seven of us. The beds are very comfortable.I highly recommend this property, and with the proximity to downtown Greenville, it is a home run!

The house itself was beautiful, clean, and as described. Check in and check out were seamless.The host clearly put a lot of thought and care into every detail: fresh linens, household supplies, games, blankets, coffee, and even phone chargers on hand. Would absolutely stay again!

FANTASTIC property, just rent it!!! We stayed at the house for 3 nights for a family wedding. Family of 4 staying with grandparents and everyone had a wonderful time in the house. Location is a five minute drive to downtown, two mins to Publix and a 10 minute walk to the Bon Secors Wellness stadium for a last minute concert! I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone wanting a well appointed peaceful place to stay while visiting GVL.

We were in Greenville to celebrate the marriage of our daughter. The house was in the perfect location, communication was excellent with the property owners, and the listing was accurate to the accommodations. The home was clean, well stock kitchen, plenty of linens, and so comfortable for our family. The front porch is fabulous for coffee and meals. We had a perfect stay.
