Guests have access to the entire home, save one locked cleaning closet.

We respect the privacy of our guests but are available if needed.

We are in a residential area on Paris Mtn. The houses are very spaced apart and private.

The roads are in good condition, but we recommend AWD in inclement weather. We do recommend bringing your own vehicle.

We are at the top of the mountain. The roads are in good condition; however, during the winter, rent during snow at your own risk. We recommend AWD to access in snow or ice.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
No tampering with the router, smart lock, or ring doorbell.
