“Beds were very comfortable. Outside highway noise was loud. Breakfast was good and had a variety of items. Appreciated the onsite free parking. Lobby area was welcoming and clean. ”

“The property was clean. Our room felt a little run down. Parts of the carpet, couch and bathtub had a lot of wear. Room was very spacious (king suite). It is very close to the highway and our room was on the highway side. If noise bothers you, not the best stay or request a room on the parking lot side. Only other complaint was the 8 am call wanting our check out time. Check out is 11. Assume we are checking out then. ”

“When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. The workers were very kind and apologized when they noticed us waiting. Breakfast was a typical buffet style but always presented nicely. The area was very clean. “Very misleading pictures on the website. The lobby is very small and dated. The wallpaper is peeling from the walls, it’s very dark and has a weird smell… very off putting way to welcome guests. They took a $100 deposit at check in which I thought was a bit much. The room was very small and dark. Dated and not very clean… dust and hair in the corners and there were a couple hairs in the sheets. The tv didn’t work. It worked out for crashing after a concert but we didn’t even want to shower there...
