Dear Randi,I'm sorry you didn't have a better experience. Unfortunately, some guests aren't considerate of others when in the hallways as was the case in the late-night hours you described. Although the restaurant is closed for all of January, all guests were alerted prior to their stay with offers of assistance making reservations elsewhere. Regarding our bathrooms and towels, they do hang outside the tubs otherwise they'd become completely wet so I'm unclear the situation you describe. Thank you for staying with us. Please consider returning when the restaurant reopens or in the summer to enjoy a more elevated experience .Sincerely,
