“Stunning country castle style hotel. Rooms finished to a very high standard. Staff were wonderfully attentive, seemed genuinely pleased to help and proud of their establishment. Packed with history and a real oasis of peace and comfort. Afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious with a wide choice of options. “Very pleasant stay and great location! Special shout out to Olivia who did a tremendous job at breakfast, the dining room was packed with guests and it overflowed into the lounge bar too! They were working with skeleton staff and everyone came down to eat at the same time, however, she did a fantastic job … well done Olivia!”

“This was our second stay at Elfordleigh, set in beautiful grounds andvery convenient for plymouth yet you feel you are in the country. Food is lovely and plenty of it . Staff at Elfordleigh were very friendly and accommodating even letting us use new showers in the golf block after we checked out so we were refreshed fot the theatre show. Pool and spa area was also very good.Really enjoyed are stay and we will definitely be back”
