Located in the village of Grignan, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, a beautiful village house with a private pool, not overlooked.

This beautiful house, with a living area of approximately 150m², opens onto a large living room: a fully equipped American kitchen open onto the living room with a TV, and a dining room bathed in light in its pretty veranda.

A wood-burning stove makes the cooler days more pleasant.

A back kitchen with a storeroom, and an independent toilet.



On the first floor:

A first bedroom with a 160cm bed and large cupboards opening onto a 20m² terrace/pergola

A second bedroom with a 140cm bed.

A third bedroom with a 90cm pull-out bed.

A bathroom with a toilet.



On the second floor:

A bedroom under the roof with a 140cm bed



On the outside, a fully enclosed garden, not overlooked. A beautiful swimming pool of 6m x 3m and 1m30 to 1m60 deep, secured by a fence. At your disposal, an electric barbecue.



At the bottom of this garden, discover an independent bedroom of 30m² with a 160cm bed. It has its own private shower room (Italian shower) in waxed concrete and a toilet.



The house is located close to the local shops: bakery, grocery shop, cafes, restaurants, independent shops, pharmacy. A supermarket is located at the entrance of the village.

A deposit of 1500€ not cashed and a holiday insurance will be asked. Bed linen and towels not included. Possibility to rent some.
