On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with a dining table and features an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes. From this space, direct access leads out to the terrace. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with a dressing room and a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a separate WC and a bath with shower also available on this floor, along with a further exit to the terrace.
