Zatarra House är en modern, elegant men karibisk stil 3 sovrum, 3 badrum fristad, som sover sex (6) personer och sitter på ett ¾ hektar stort.

Originalmålningar, drivved, stengolv, trädäck, vattenfall och en vacker pool med färgbyte LED-lampor, örtträdgård, hängmattor Havsutsikt är bara några av ögat glädjande funktioner i Zatarra House.
Zatarra House har ingen brist på skapande bekvämligheter; Modernt, välutrustat kök, TV i alla rum och en smart TV i vardagsrummet. Gratis Wifi hela, AC enheter i alla sovrum och takfläktar.

Gå i duschar, stort bad i sovrummet. Och för utegrill finns det BBQ på plats.

Fastigheten ligger bara några minuter från många stränder att njuta av, liksom 18-håls golfbanan.

This home was amazing! It was clean, very spacious, and the backyard was to die for! The owner allowed us to have our privacy but ensured that he gave us great suggestions on things to do over the island. We had a great stay and would recommend this home for others.

The house is absolutely gorgeous! There is so much I could say about this place. The host Rob was extremely kind and helpful. He gave us so much information about where to eat and go over text. But then also came over the day after we checked in and gave us more information and made sure we were settling in okay and if we had questions. He was so easy to reach and communicate with all week. He helped us set up massages at the house and set up getting our friend a ride to the airport. The house also has two cats who were the sweetest things. They would just hang out with us all day at the pool or inside and occasionally ask for some snuggles and pets. I would definitely try to book this house again if I were to come back.

This place is lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything you might need. The host was friendly and responsive, and the housekeeper was a gem! She kept things tidy and made sure we always had fresh towels, which was so helpful since we were in and out a lot.Just a couple of things to note: There are a pair of cats on the property that I wasn’t aware of before booking. While my friends didn’t mind them, I’m personally not a fan of cats—and they did manage to swipe a piece of our KFC off the counter while we were unpacking! Not a huge deal, but a heads-up or clearer disclaimer on the listing would’ve helped. Also, I found it a bit tricky to locate enough outlets that fit U.S. adapters for charging devices.Overall, though, this was a great stay and I’d absolutely recommend it—just with a note to fellow non-cat lovers to be aware before booking!

Fabulous getaway

From the moment we arrived till the day we left , we had a wonderful time.Robert , the host, came by on a regular basis and provided us with places to vvisit and restaurants .pto go to have dinner .He hooked us up with Stannis who took us on a tour of St Lucia which was very special

Great place, great location!

Rob is an excellent host who will help with anything you need. The place is spacious, clean and has a nice pool. The location is minutes away from restaurants, beaches and shops. Nearby golf course. We rented a car and had it delivered no problem. Perfect place for kids.. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. We have already sent the info to others who are thinking of booking. Look forward to returning!

The host was an excellent communicator and very responsive, and the housekeeper provided us with clean towels multiple times during the week. However, the property is tired and in need of updating, no aircon in main living areas which was unbearable at times, we couldn't use the outdoor eating area due to ants everywhere and there are wild cats constantly trying to get into the house (although when we mentioned our daughters cat allergy, the host did contain them). Also worth noting is that part of the house is open to the outside and so birds and other critters are in the house. There was a constant noise of dogs barking from neighboring residences. A car is a must for getting to this place and the island roads are an experience in themselves. Locals weren't particularly friendly and there isn't an awful lot to see on the island.

Perfect!

This rental was everything that we had expected and more. From the moment we inquired about the property to the end of our visit, the communication from Rob & Veron was quick and efficient.The property is exactly as pictured: pool with a waterfall, spacious rooms with bathrooms, WiFi throughout the entire house; even the connection they had with their bus driver which prevented us from getting up charged on rides!I would highly recommend this rental to anybody looking to stay in St Lucia. This place is truly a hidden gem.

The villa is even better than you think from the photos, we were a family of 6 (three couples) 👌

Everything about staying in villa zatarra was perfect, Nancy the house keeper couldn’t do enough to help, Rob was on hand whenever you needed him (not that there was any problems) but he came around to make sure everything was ok in the first few days! Stanis the driver was a massive part of our amazing holiday, he took us on a land and sea tour and was the perfect guide for the day, he gave us advice on where to go and where to eat, he brought us banana loaf made by one of his family (which was delicious!) he even took my son in law to the barbers when he was off to get his own hair cut! He arranged trips and a special surprise for my husbands birthday and to top it off came around with a bottle of rum as a birthday gift for him! I think I may have gone on about Stanis enough but having someone like him on hand really made our holiday fantastic! St Lucia was everything we had dreamed of and more but I really don’t think it would have been quite as perfect if we hadn’t stayed in this beautiful villa and had Nancy, Rob and Stanis to help us relax and make amazing memories. We went to see Rob play at the tapas bar one night which was a real treat and we dined twice at the Naked Fisherman which really was great food and the cocktails were fab! 👌👌

One we won’t forget

We are still dreaming about what a fantastic week we spent at villa Zatarra having returned to a cold and glum UK two weeks ago. The house is just perfect for chilling out and enjoying the wonderful Caribbean sunshine. With such a clean and spacious interior and a great sun deck and pool we spent most of our mornings there and our afternoons at the various beaches. We found Rob to be very respectful of our privacy but always available if we needed to ask a question. Stanis picked us up and returned us to the airport which was great as their was 5 adults with lots of luggage that wouldn’t have fit in the hire car. He has the biggest smile and took us on the Land and Sea tour one day as well. We all said it was the highlight of our stay. It included all the main sights to see on St Lucia plus a few extras. The Pitons, the volcano, mud baths, botanical gardens, a dip in a waterfall, a banana plantation finished with a lovely lunch at a resort overlooking the petit Piton which was beautiful. Followed by a catamaran trip along wonderful coastline and a dip for snorkelling. There was rum punch flowing freely and we ended up dancing on the top deck! A trip not to be missed, very long busy day but well worth it plus we were very lazy the rest of the week. We drove to Pigeon island too. It was great. The sea and scenery were to die for. If you can manage the climb to the top then you must do it as the views are Spectacular. We had Rotis at the lovely restaurant on the beach there, another must do. Our favourite restaurant was The Naked Fisherman. A great spot and amazing food. We found all these places easily after being given a short tour by Rob on the first morning. Very helpful. He is so interesting with his stories about the island and his life there, we could have listened to him all day. One night we saw him playing sax at a restaurant before going to the Gros Islet street party. Both of which were great. Our trip to St Lucia was to celebrate our youngest daughters 21st birthday and we did that in style, it will be one she will never forget and none of us will ever forget Zatarra or the island. I’ve never been so depressed to get home. Normally after a holiday you want to get back in your own bed but not this time. The bed in the master suite was a dream and the walk in wardrobe and huge ensuite bathroom were very impressive. If you’re looking at this house for your holiday, look no further. We browsed through lots but were delighted with our choice

Vacation in Paradise!

My husband and I and two other couples enjoyed a very relaxing week in St. Lucia at Rob and Verona’s lovely 3 bedroom home. Rob was an excellent host. He arranged for transportation to meet us at the airport for the 1 1/2 hour drive to the house. The drive was enjoyable as the first stop was to stop for beers and the second was to take pictures at a beautiful location overlooking a bay. Rob stopped by the next day to give us a little tour of the island,and pointed out several nearby beaches and restaurants to try. The grounds were lovely and the pool was very relaxing. Rob helped arrange a land and sea tour and also connected us with drivers to ferry us around. We did have a van (which was delivered to the house before we arrived) but we probably didn’t need it. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in St. Lucia and capped off the last night by going to dinner at the restaurant where Rob’s group was playing (he’s really talented!) and then on to the street party in Gros Islet for listening to music, drinking, tasting the local fare and plenty of people watching. We all had such a good time and can’t recommend it enough!!

Best House Ever!

We have stayed in several homes throughout the Caribbean and this one was my favorite. Rob is a great host. He showed us all around the island the first day so we knew where we were and where to go. Nancy the housekeeper was really great to us. We listened to Rob play music at a couple of places which was really fun. The house is well appointed, we had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor area are fantastic, we spent a lot of time there relaxing. We used the grill and. Cooked in a lot which was fun for our family. I would love to go with another family and use the house next door as well. My husband and son kiteboarded and you can see the kite beach from the house. My friend and I walked there every day. Our favorite beaches were at Windjammer, Body Holiday and Pigeon island. All very different from one another. The St. Lucian people are very friendly and welcoming. I love St. Lucia and Zatarra house!

Fabulous on every level!

Rob & Veron's house is just as pictured, infact nicer! Settled into the residential quiet area of the Cap Estate, it was a perfect home from home during our 2 week trip to St Lucia. All worked perfectly, FAST internet connection in all rooms, cool seawater swimming pool, efficient a/c, comfortable sitting room, terraces, ample sunchairs and a fully equipped kitchen.... i could go on an on! All great an I am fussy! The house was serviced by Nancy who left everything looking sparkling each day, clean towels when needed, changing bed sheets etc. The house was VERY clean. Each time we visited one of the many large hotel resorts we counted our luck stars at having found this home - a little piece of heaven. Thank you! We really hope to return with our 3 children - a fabulous stay.

Tout d'abord un grand merci à stanis pour son accueil chaleureux nous ne pouvions espérer mieux comme taxi driver 😘Rob et veron nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans votre maison qui est magnifique on s'y sent comme à la maison! L'endroit est calme reposant et sécurisant.merci pour votre accueil à l'image de sainte lucie et de ses habitants .a bientôt je l'espère .
