“This is a good hotel with friendly staff located in a calm area with shops like Target and Macy's nearby. The hotel is new with friendly staff and clean rooms with Home2 Suites standard. “First, the staff was excellent. Our room was incredibly dirty. The carpet was stained. There was literally a pile of dirt underneath the bedside table and surrounding the area around the bed, as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in years. The couch was disgustingly stained and it smelled. My husband jumped in the shower and nearly scalded himself when the water handle fell off and the water was stuck on hot. When I communicated my concerns to the staff, they immediately offered us a new room.”

“The coffee maker in the room is for an 8 ounce cup, The hotel leaves 16 ounce cups with the coffee maker. A 16 ounce coffee cup doesn’t fit into that coffee maker. When I tried to use a 16 oz coffee cup with this coffee maker it ended up spilling and burning my fingers. I reported this to the front desk. Also the heat in room made a a shrilling noise and it was very annoying and and disturbing!!! I would like a refund for my hotel stay,”
