Two short flights of stairs lead to the large private terrace equipped with table and chairs for those who love to spend their holidays outdoors without giving up the comforts of a comfortable apartment.

From the terrace you access the fully equipped kitchen / living room: oven, induction hob, refrigerator, "Nescafè Dolce Gusto" coffee machine, kettle, television…There is also a spacious dining table and a comfortable armchair in one corner for relaxing moments.



A small hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower. The master bedroom is tastefully furnished, with spacious wardrobes and a large chest of drawers surmounted by a mirror. The other bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and a bunk bed whose lower part, if necessary, can become a second double bed as it is equipped with a pull-out bed.



All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and with a great attention to all details. Free WiFi.

The city of Marina di Grosseto is a renowned tourist resort at just 12 km from Grosseto in Tuscany.



This important seaside resort in the Maremma, it is known for its wide sandy beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a vast pine forest in its back, known as ‘Pineta del Tombolo’, which extends from Punta Ala to the hills of the ‘Uccellina’.

The town center develops from the estuary of the San Rocco outlet, until the border of the Natural Park of The Maremma, not far from the mouth of the Ombrone river.



The wide sandy beach (an average of 50 meters width) with many bathing establishments and great parts of free public beaches, stretches without interruption until the city of Castiglione della Pescaia.

The sea is ideal for sailing, kite-surfing and windsurfing.
