This small but practical and fully equipped apartment is located in the pine wood of 'Rosmarina', a residential area of Marina di Grosseto. The sea and the beaches are 300 meters away and in a few minutes you can reach the city center. Highlight is the large fully equipped private garden with gazebo with table and chairs, brick barbecue, Hollywood swing ....



There is no problem parking the car in front of the house on the street.



A short staircase leads to a nice terrace with sun shade, table and chairs, ideal for a leisurely breakfast or to enjoy an aperitif before diner.

From the terrace you enter the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can eat here if the weather does not allow you to dine in the garden. This room has also a TV and a sofa bed for 2 persons.



Behind the living area is a bedroom with double bed, closet, dresser and next to the room the bathroom with shower, toilet / bidet and washing machine.



But this apartment impresses especially by the large, fully equipped and fully fenced garden which becomes during summer the place where to enjoy the vacation.



The apartment is ideal for families with a maximum of two children (sofa bed) or couples who want to spend their holidays outdoors and are looking for peace, relaxation and proximity to the sea.



The location of the apartment in Marina di Grosseto is also ideal to visit the many attractions of the Maremma and Tuscany. You can get to Siena, Pisa with a short drive and in 2 hours you are in Florence or even in Rome. The hinterland offers excursion destinations such as the thermal baths of Saturnia, Pitigliano, Sovano, as well as the famous wine area of Scansano (Morellino di Scansano), Marciano and even the Chianti is not far away.



Guests have exclusive access to all rooms and the garden.

The city of Marina di Grosseto is a renowned tourist resort at just 12 km from Grosseto in Tuscany.



This important seaside resort in the Maremma, it is known for its wide sandy beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a vast pine forest in its back, known as ‘Pineta del Tombolo’, which extends from Punta Ala to the hills of the ‘Uccellina’.

The town center develops from the estuary of the San Rocco outlet, until the border of the Natural Park of The Maremma, not far from the mouth of the Ombrone river.



The wide sandy beach (an average of 50 meters width) with many bathing establishments and great parts of free public beaches, stretches without interruption until the city of Castiglione della Pescaia.

The sea is ideal for sailing, kite-surfing and windsurfing.
