Casa Tera A is a graceful two-story apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Tera A you will have a pleasant view of the greenery and of the surrounding buildings. Casa Tera A is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features two shared swimming pools, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Marina di Grosseto, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 4.8 km (roughly 3 miles) , the bus stop at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Grosseto beach) at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles).
Casa Tera A is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To make the most of your stay at Casa Tera A, we recommend having a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car free of charge on the premises. The apartment is part of a countryside complex within a larger estate, allowing guests to enjoy both the privacy of an independent apartment and access to a wide range of on-site facilities. Throughout the estate, guests can find restaurants and bars, wellness and sports facilities, seasonal entertainment, children's activities, walking and cycling paths, and extensive green areas. The surrounding estate also provides a convenient base for relaxing holidays while exploring the beaches, nature reserves, and historic villages of the Tuscan Maremma.

Swimming Pool 1
You will reach the swimming pool from the complex along a 150-meters (490-feet) route that cuts through the garden. The pool is 12 meters (39 feet) large by 25 meters (82 feet) long, from 1.50 meter (5 feet) to 1.70 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex and guests staying at the nearby hotel. The swimming pool is open from the end of May until mid-September, from 10.30 am to 7 pm.
Swimming Pool 2
You will reach the swimming pool from the complex along a 150-meters (490-feet) route that cuts through the garden. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 35 centimeters (13.8 inches) to 70 centimeters (2.3 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex and guests staying at the nearby hotel. The swimming pool is open from the end of May until mid-September, from 10.30 am to 7 pm.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet). It is partly shaded by a pergola and by trees. The garden is equipped with wood benches, as well as with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex and guests staying at the nearby hotel.
Laundry room
You will reach the laundry room from the complex along a 1-kilometer (0.6-miles) route that cuts through the garden. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex and guests staying at the nearby hotel. Please note that the laundry service is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally. Parking

The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a lovely view of the greenery and of the surrounding buildings.
Entrance LevelKitchen
The kitchen is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple. It can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a sofa. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through an access area.
Top LevelBedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
The ceiling of the second bedroom is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles and has an height of 1 meter (3.3 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.
