Villa Flores is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa located on top of a small hill. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Flores you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Flores is 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 11 km (6.8 miles) from Grosseto, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles), a grocery store at 11 km (roughly 6.8 miles) and the closest beach (Marina di Grosseto beach) at 23 km (roughly 14.3 miles). You will reach Villa Flores from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Flores you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Flores is along a 600-meter (1970-foot) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by two characteristic pergolas. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the end of April until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills.
Garden
The garden is 15000 square meters (162000 square feet). It is partly shaded by olive trees and by tall cypresses. In the garden you will find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include two sofas, two armchairs and a desk. There is an elegant fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three French doors. The room also has five windows.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. The furnishings include a sofa and a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a mini refrigerator.
