Comprising a living room with a double bed leading to a terrace, this studio invites you to relax while admiring the spectacular view of the Gulf of Ajaccio. The dining area and well-equipped kitchenette offer everything necessary for preparing good meals, while the bathroom with WC completes this small functional space.

The kitchenette is equipped with all essentials: vitroceramic cooktop, mini oven, toaster, classic and capsule coffee maker, large refrigerator, washing machine, and kitchen utensils.

The terrace facing the Gulf of Ajaccio is equipped with a table, chairs, beach chairs, an electric barbecue and a parasol.

The Terra Bella residence offers you an unheated outdoor pool, tennis courts, a city stadium, and padel courts.
