Stay in Porticcio in a charming house located in the heart of a quiet and sunny residential area. Close to turquoise waters and the Gulf of Ajaccio, which you can reach on foot, enjoy an ideal setting combining relaxation, nature, and a gentle way of life. On the first floor you will find: a fully equipped kitchen, the living room with a sofa bed and separate toilet, access to the covered terrace, and a lounge area with a sofa bed and dining table. On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and access to the small garden. Air conditioning is only in the main room on the first floor; there is no air conditioning in the two bedrooms on the lower level (garden). The residence has a sea view and is secured by a gate. Electric and small gate. Parking spaces available. A security deposit of 900 euros will be required upon arrival, as well as 80 euros for cleaning.
