Gentle Breeze Oasis. Newly built home with swimming pool and stunning sea views

Our property is a new build in a new sub division called Harmonie. From the house you have views of both side of the ocean. You can watch the ships go by while cooking your meals. It boosts 3 bedrooms with each bedroom having their own attached bathroom with hot water of course. Each bedroom haves a king size bed and it is ever so comfortable and air conditioning. Each bedroom also has black out curtains and wardrobes/closets. The primary bedroom has direct access to the pool. It has an enormous kitchen, great for entertaining or cooking some great food. We have a fridge/freezer that will dispense ice and water on the door. Also have a combo microwave/oven and a regular oven. There is a table attached to the island that allows for indoor eating if you choose. Living room features a 65” TV with all the apps installed that you may need for streaming. Also has IPTV for your viewing pleasure. Sit back on the comfy couch and watch your favorite movies. Now the outside is where you are going to spend the majority of time. There are loungers and separate seating area and dining table for 6. Grill up your favorite meal with the BBQ. Then there is the pool, it is divine for a dip or to swim some laps. It has a ledge for sitting and clearly marked rounded stairs for easy access.
As Harmonie is located on the narrowest part of the island, you can see both seas from the property. And the sunset skies are fantastic. We are located near the airport and many of the best beaches on the island. We are on the way to all the West Punt beaches. It is a great neighborhood to walk and get your steps in.

On the island of Curacao, in most homes A/C is only provided in the bedroom areas. The living room and kitchen are designed to be naturally ventilated and pleasant when windows (with screens) and doors are opened, allowing the cool island breeze to flow through the home. Each bedroom has opening windows with screens and you can even sleep without the air conditioner if you choose as the breeze is lovely in our place. Just an FYI the Iguana in the photos is not real. It’s decorative.
