“Guests started ”claiming” sun-loungers at 06:30, making it almost impossible to get a spot later. Staff in restaurants were inattentive and not very service-minded. At checkout I noticed that they overcharged one of the nights by 50 USD and also added (without mentioning it at all) a ”optional” charity donation of 1 USD per night on the room charge (not separately billed, just added to the room charge). “El personal fue súper amable, estaban dispuestos a ayudar en todo, muy serviciales. La piscina estaba disponible lo cual nos agradó mucho. Desayuno delicioso. Las instalaciones del hotel eran una experiencia distinta, nos encantó estar cerca de los animales. A pesar de que el hotel es un poco alejado de todas playas, tener un carro nos ayudó mucho y teníamos parqueadero incluido ”

“Staff was unaccommodating. The Staff acted as though they had better things to do than serive the patrons. Regardless of the request weather it was bottle water for the room, clean towels, or just plain toilet tissue it was at least a three to four hour wait if the request was fulfilled at all.
