âBeautifully decorated apartment in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood opposite the waterfront. Good cafe and restaurant very close by and also kids playground. The Melissani cave is a few mins walk away.
The suites are very clean and at a high standard, there is a pool which is nice and the sea across from the apartment is stunningly clear with lots of fish and sponges. If you like to snorkel there are fresh water springs emerging from a cave just off the beach and itâs magical to snorkel there...
âWe loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasnât working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. âAs soon as I arrived they knew my name. They take great pride in their apartments and it shows. The room was spotless and the pictures don't do them justice when it comes to the overall look and feel. The breakfast was also very good value for money and the restaurant by the pool was a lovely quiet spot in the morning to enjoy it.
I would recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay again in a heartbeat. A real gem. â
âFirst of all: Asos is a beautiful little village. Although completely dependend on tourism, it was very nice. Our villa was very nice and Panos & Popi were great hosts. The breakfast was fabulous and they helped with great tips what to do and where to eat. We had a great time!â
âFantastic apartment with good soundproofing / adherance to quiet hours. This is not a hotel; during your stay you are responsible for keeping your space clean. Our room was sparkling upon arrival, with a gorgeous view of the mountain across from us. Our host was very considerate and even let us try some of her homemade wine.
The apartments were walking distance from several phenomenal restaurants. The beach I would not recommend walking to. The distance is small but the incline is massive....
âKorina Gallery Hotel is absolutely stunning. We were upgraded to a suite which had a beautiful view over Vathy harbour. I would describe this as a luxury boutiqe hotel. Lots of lovely little details like the bedding and having acess to a gorgeous pool. The staff and owners were very friendly and able to provide great advice about which beaches are best etc. Breakfast was a traditional greek selection of breads, meats, cheese, fruit honey and the best yoghurt I've ever tasted all set in a grand...
