    Pine Mountain Lake Marina ligger bara en kilometer bort där du kan hyra båtar, och det är bara två miles till golfbanan. Om du är här för att bes��ka Yosemite National Park, är det 25 miles i öster.

    Mysigt på en soffa i vardagsrummet med eld och titta på något kul på DVD, kabel eller Netflix. WiFi är tillgängligt för att skicka semesterbilder på sociala medier, och det fulla köket är utrustat med alla nödvändigheter, liksom en kaffebryggare och diskmaskin. Utanpå däck finns det en gasgrill och utrymme för att njuta av din måltid i frisk luft.

    Tre sovrum erbjuder plats för upp till sex gäster. Ett rum har en king size-säng, en har en drottning och futon, och den tredje har en full / dubbelsäng. Två badrum och en privat tvättmaskin och torktumlare gör detta hem bekvämt för grupper.

    Gå till småbåtshamnen för att simma eller segla eller ridcenter för en ridning. På sommaren finns det filmer som visas på fredagskvällarna på grönska och närliggande café är ett bra ställe för en middag ute eller prova den berömda Pine Mountain Lake Country Club Grill och full bar, känd för sin fantastiska utsikt över Yosemite Mountains i bakgrunden. Utomhus äventyrare kommer att vara glada över alla alternativ i Yosemite bara 32 miles öster - njut bergsklättring, fågelskådning, fiske, eller vad din favorit utomhusaktivitet är. Dodge Ridge Ski Resort (54 miles norr) och Black Oak Casino (27 miles norr) ger också många olika aktiviteter.

    Parkeringsanmärkningar: Det finns plats för 4 bilar i uppfarten. Observera att det inte finns någon parkering i garaget och parkering i gatan är inte tillåtet i Pine Mountain Lake. Tack för ditt samarbete!

    Vattenåtkomst: Det finns tre stränder: Marina, Lake Lodge och Dunn Court. Du kan bara simma inom de angivna områdena. På privat lakefront egendom är simning begränsad till trettio meter (30) av strandlinjen eller privat brygga.
    Parkering på Marina Beach parkeringsplats är inte tillåtet på fredag, lördag eller söndag, och är reserverat för husägare. Stranden kan nås via vatten taxi och ringa Pine Mountain Lake med några frågor: (209) 962-8615.

The lake was amazing. We rented kayaks. The stay at this place was cozy , clean and easy to get used to. Everything was available from utensils to towels for 2 days for 5 adults.Easy 15 minute walk to the lake area.

Nice stay

The place is like 1.30 hour away for Yosemite entrance but location was still good with respect to stores and restaurants.. the villa was clean . Rooms were spacious and kitchen was well equipped. The surroundings were quiet and beautiful.. we enjoyed our stay

Nice place in the woods

This is the second time visiting this cabin. Great location near front gate and the main beach. The cabin clean and very quiet. Ac kept cabin cool on some very hot days.

Peaceful and so comfortable

Three adults were very comfortable in this spotless, spacious, quiet house. There was plenty of room for privacy, much appreciated airconditioning on a hot somewhat smoky day, and a very functional kitchen with plenty of work space. We spent all our time in Yosemite and didn't take advantage of the lake, but it seemed like a great place for kids, too.

Exterior is in good shape. Interior is extremely dated. I saw this home on Zillow with pictures when it sold in 2011 and the interior and furnishings are exactly the same. No change no upgrades. It is comfortable but dated. Could use some upgrading.

Great stay!

Vacasa has improved their rental situation. This was seamless. Loved not having to travel back in to town on last day to turn in the key. We were offered an early check in which was awesome! Made it feel like a full day there instead of check in @ 4. And for a somewhat reasonable fee, we got to check out late on Sunday. The house was fine and had everything we needed!

Cozy, Spacious but Scruffy

Let me start by saying that the home was spacious and cozy for our party of five and we had a lovely stay. It did not start off on the right foot, though, because the local Vacasa representative had forgotten to put our name on the parking list. We arrived at 11:00pm, had already waited in line for about 15 minutes, and then had to call Vacasa headquarters and get back at the end of the line just to enter the premises. (And I am not totally sure why we needed to pay to park when the home had a very large driveway. . .) The house overall was comfortable but a bit dusty and worn. It could definitely use some freshening up and some TLC. The sheets on the beds and towels were clean, but there were a lot of cobwebs throughout the house. We found some extra sheets crumpled in a ball in one of the closets, but there were not enough pillow cases. If you are used to the level of service provided by other vacation rental services such as Airbnb, this experience will be a bit disappointing. For example, you get one bag per trash can if you happen to fill up the first one (which is easy to do when you are doing your own cooking). You only get two pellets for the dishwasher. There was a tiny bit of salt and sugar and some coffee filters, but no spices or cooking oil. The kitchen shelves were labeled with photos for the dishes, which detracted from the homey feeling of the place. (There was also a sign asking us to save water by allowing "two tinkles" before we flushed the toilet . . . eww!!!) On a positive note, the neighborhood is beautiful, we enjoyed the front deck surrounded by pine trees, and the Vacasa headquarters was very communicative. The place has potential and could be improved with a little more personalized service and some TLC to the property.

Great family vacation home!

This place was warm, cozy, and better than the pictures. We walked in and were in instant, relaxing vacation mode. The frogs chirping at night from the creek was a pleasant, outdoor sound, and a few deer came through the yard. Good place for adults, kids, and families.

Forest Treasure Groveland Review

Location was good - about 1hr from Yosemite. Guest access to local outdoor pool was a bonus. Really good local store stocked almost all things needed for the duration of stay. Subway and 2 gas stations within 2 miles. 2 restaurants on site plus golf course. Property was clean, but very dated / tired and in need of modernisation; having said that, everything worked. Shower / bath inherently dangerous - if you book this property, be very careful and mind children as there is no thermostatic control of hot water (boiling hot only - this would not be permitted in a UK holiday let). Oven very old fashioned (electric rings) - again, dangerous if you have small children. Internet extremely slow (almost dial-up speed). No TV stations seemed to be available. Location perhaps a little too quiet for some (and adjacent properties were unoccupied making if seem quite isolated). Property situated within a wooded area. Would have appreciated a map of the site on arrival at property and a personal welcome letter would have been nice. One smoke detector in property. Not suitable for those who struggle to walk (very steep drive approx 1:1 gradient and steps up to door but all in one level inside). Would not visit again based on things that need attention.

It was okay.

The house smelled like dogs or other animals even though the house says "No Pets". The instructions asked us to start the dishwasher prior to our departure but there was no dishwasher detergent. Likewise, the instructions asked us to start a load of laundry, prior to our departure, but alas no laundry detergent. I ended up buying both at the grocery store. There was not much in the house in way of supplies, etc. Maybe the previous quests cleaned them out. We think there were bed bugs in the second largest bedroom bed as I was bitten all night and ended up with red marks all over my legs and body. The TV remote was missing and even though we called, more than once, there was no resolution. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and, we think, were old. They had wooden boards tucked under the mattress. The office where we picked up the keys etc. was in complete disarray. When she saw the look on my face, the woman quickly said they were in the process of remodeling. However, to us, it looked like they were in financial trouble, or other trouble, and were scrambling to get out quickly. The patio was enjoyable albeit we were unfortunately visiting when the Mariposa wildfire was raging. Sadly, smoke and ashes filled the air at the house and all of Yosemite Valley. We could not believe that Yosemite National Park would allow campers to continue to BBQ and light camp fires with the wildfires happening so close by. The Park's air was thick with smoke and ashes falling from the sky as if it were snowing and people were still having BBQs and lighting camp fires! We could not believe the stupidity. The house is a bit of a drive to the park. Because of the fires and crowds, our best day was visiting Tuolumne Meadows at 8,600 feet. No smoke or ashes. It is gorgeous there. The Tioga Gas Mart restaurant in Lee Vining (not far from the meadows and a stunning drive) was an incredible surprise. The food delicious! When the Tuolumne park ranger suggested we go there for lunch, I nearly laughed to death. Have lunch at a gas station?!? The rangers insisted we would really enjoy the food. We are quite the foodies. We enjoy top quality food at upscale restaurants. We went there anyway to check it out and loved it. A fabulous place. Highly recommended.

Lots of room however many things are not up to par.

Internet connection is terrible, if functioning at all. Hence could not use Netflix. Directv is basic. No local channels. Only 1 television works, in the living room. No TV in the master. Second bedroom has a small TV, which is not hooked up to cable. A lot of cabinets are locked in the kitchen and bathroom. Rear patio screen door falls off. Fans in master and living room only. Stay here, only if nothing else is available.
