“Lovely modern apartment with all mod cons, great private parking and proximity to city centre.”

“Clean but not so nice. Very old and creaky. Wish I would have noticed, NO elevator!”

“Stor Fin lägenhet, med fin utsikt. Bra köksutrustning, sköna sängar och Fantastiskt Trevlig och Hjälpsam personal.”

“Förutom bemötandet vid incheckningen är vi mycket nöjda! Vi påpekade vår upplevelse av incheckningen i en survey och fick ett handskrivet kort från GM + ett fat med cookies på rummet dagen efter! Utöver detta var bemötandet och service perfekt!”

“The room was clean, and the place is alright. But 2 issues: My room had an electric shower and it didn’t work right. Same low pressure whether the knob is on low, eco, or high. And the water temperature swings were insane: it kept alternating between freezing and burning every 10-15 seconds. And then the second point was the mattress; not exactly comfortable. If this was a hostel or a two-star hotel, I wouldn’t complain. But this is meant to be a four-star hotel… I had a “luxury room” that...

“Very good accommodation in good location. Very straightforward self check in. Staff very helpful and available via text. Lovely clean and spacious room.”

“Check-in process easy, and we were sent the required access codes on the afternoon of the start of our stay. Very clean, plenty of hot water and comfortable bed. Kitchenette has enough equipment for making simple meals. Sound insulation between the floors could be better, as we could hear footsteps from the flat above, but it did not cause us any inconvenience. Only a couple of minutes walk away from frequent bus services into the city centre. Large Tesco's and small Co-op, along with...

“I was really taken back by the size of the room (extremely small) but it was clean. The bed however was sunken in in the middle. The toilet roll holder was not fixed and fell off. I had to re-attached it. I locked the bathroom door when I had a shower and really panicked when I couldn't unlock it which wasn't pleasant. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything eg others walking or using the bathroom. For the cost I thought it was very expensive. ”

“It's a house with multiple lockable rooms where guests can stay. I liked that the kitchen was self-service. There was lots to choose from for breakfast. We also used the refrigerator for our own stuff. There was a big supermarket 150 meters from the house and a McDonald's even closer. Downsides: Check-in was a bit strict, just 13.00 to 14.00. The host may be more flexible with the times if you call them well ahead of time but our flight changed schedule to arrive three hours earlier than...

“Great room with space to spare. Power shower hot water was good. Bed comfy. Wish there was also a sheet, not just a duvet/doonah. Too hot in summer for a duvet! Do-able walk from city centre, or bus public transport. Quiet street. Good breakfast, worth the £10.”

“It was very cozy and fit all of our needs perfectly”

“The Rocks Bed & Breakfast is located on a beautiful, quiet piece of property and offers all the comforts of home. The room is spacious, with it's own unsuited and a king-sized bed. Not to mention the wonderful breakfast that is freshly prepared each morning. The owners are warm and incredibly accommodating, you truly feel right at home. I would definitely book there again!”

“Lovely staff that prepared a take away breakfast for us because of our early check out. Nice room with all you need. The bathroom wasn't as modern as other hotels but was very clean. The beds were a little sunken in in the middle, but the best we've stayed in in Belfast anyway. Nice location, within walking distance to the grand central. Really nice inn! We are happy!”

“I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. She helped us pull our car out of the parking lot, went out side and waved us on. She helped us find a tour driver, who was equally...

“In the middle of town close to the bus centre and a few min want from the train station.”

“Stayed for one night and could not fault it. In particular, the staff were attentive and extremely pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was lovely with great service and it was reasonably priced. The hotel is city centre so a very good location but you will get a view of the street. Our room was a good size and very clean and overall hotel was clean and very nice.”
